   The packaging poor rated as the food arrived all scattered, didn’t even bother to make photos, very disappointing,I was looking forward to some traditional food after a long week, the pancakes did not seemed fresh, polenta was not well cooked and the eggs all crusty and dry, the apple pie a big no, too mushy and not bothered to taste it by the looks of it. Advisable to take into consideration building up criticism and improve your services in order to provide excellence and customers satisfaction. Best of wishes!

   Came into the restaurant with a friend and when walking in we were just started at until I asked if we can eat in. The waitress then stood up and sat us down. When she brought over the menus my friend had difficulty picking as she is not Romanian which made it take a little longer. In a usual matter I was expecting the waitress to take down the drinks we wanted and walk off until we decided what foods to order. However, weirdly she just sat next to table waiting for us to pick what foods we wanted. In all honesty I’m not expecting a five star service but surely you’re meant to give the customer some time to choose what food they’re after without standing next to the table, it just put pressure as I couldn’t explain properly the foods my friend can have as she also does not eat pork. When ordering the food I asked for some beef meat on the grill and was told to pick the chicken instead as it doesn’t take as long to prepare. To me the waiting time wouldn’t have been an issue as I ordered a starter but again it seems like they didn’t want to make much effort. The meal in itself was just a massive piece of grilled chicken breast and potatoes was fairly dry and bland and when asked for ketchup and garlic mayo we was only given one portion when I asked for two each. As someone who works there the menu should be something you learn to be able to advice non Romanian people who visit the restaurant. Especially having the shop in such a multicultural area. The waitress did not speak English which made it harder as again her not knowing to explain the menu made it harder for my friend to pick anything. The soup was excellent and tasted just like home. Overall if we was given time to order without the waitress being right next to us waiting and ordered something we could have enjoyed each the ratings could have been higher. Potentially training the staff could give a better experience. The traditional soup was excellent as I said. But that was the only good thing to come out of this experience.

   I went today to the restaurant and I ordered a portion of pastrami to take away, I've paid only £12, I feel like there was a lot for the price I've paid, it had quite a lot of pastrami, potato wages, cabbage salad, a really tasty garlic sauce, polenta, a grilled pepper.    WOW! The prices are so low it’s a joke. I was reading the reviews and people complained about price. Hello! Me and my friends (+3) had a 2 course meal and deserts for £70. Anywhere I go, especially a restaurant would be 70-100++ for just 2 people. Food was delicious xx (only have those 2 pictures)

   Previous time,when I ordered exactly same food (Chicken Liver) the portion was at least 2x more than today and the quality of preparation was much better. Today's portion wasn't enough even for a kid. Nothing here if always is same quantity, but I already ordered from this Restaurant, and it was much better.

   A very nice restaurant with warm atmosphere, nice food and friendly staff. Surprisingly this place doesn't even look like it's open from outside, but once you go in you get to experience a nice Romanian atmosphere with all the delicious food you would expect to find in Romania. They also have the best mulled wine I've ever tasted, so it's a good place to visit around Christmas time.
