   We booked a table for 6 for a birthday celebration, it was booked for 4pm and it wasn't that busy. The vegetarian in our party asked for a veggie burger but there were none left, the only vegetarian option was lasagne which he was not keen on so he ended up having 2 small bowls of chips for a main corse. The manager was the only front of house staff trying to seat customers, serve at the bar, take food orders and be waiter for about the 1st hour we were there so you could see he was run off his feet. There was a constant queue of customers waiting to be seated but some got feed up and left. A young waitress joined the manager by this time more people were arriving and she also was run off her feet. We ordered no starters just had main course off the main menu. The food was OK but when we finished we was to wait we'll over an hour for our plates to be cleared. When we eventually got the attention of a staff member she cleared the table and I requested the birthday cake which I spoke to the manager about when we first arrived and he said would sort out. Another 20 minutes pasted and by now we were loosing the will to live so I got the cake lit the candles and done the cake myself. We ended up being in there for over 3 hours and most of the time we were just waiting. Service was so slow because understaffed and totally spoiled the birthday celebration. It's the worst Beefeater of the chain. Will not be back in a hurry.

   Stayed at the Premiere Inn so had Dinner and breakfast at The Beefeater. The Dinner was amazing, we had a little wait for our meals because the chef was working alone. My whole group finished their meals and there were no complaints, tasty and hot. Breakfast was a different experience, the food itself was just ok; nothing was very hot, the scrambled eggs were quite sloppy and the grilled tomatoes had almost dried up. Not the worst breakfast I’ve ever had but does need some improvement.

   Stopped by one afternoon for an ice cream and drink, we sat outside the restaurant which was pleasant. Friendly staff and the service was great, one of the staff members was kind enough to offer my friend a glass of water while she waited for me to finish(was a very hot day).

   My first one star review. Went here during the UK tomato crisis of 2023. Just a tired, tired place. Waited ages to be served (the serving ladies are charming and personable but up against it I'm afraid) in a literally cold eating area bereft of both atmosphere and warmth. Were told no Salmon, no veg, no ribs..etc.. very limited in what we could order. Waited ages for our food and just bland and boring with my OH's burger being cold. Our Beefeater visiting days are now over.

   Well that was our Christmas meal ruined. We wont be returning to The Beefeater in Longbridge again. Nearly an hour for our starters which was lovely and another 40 mins for our mains. Food arrived luke warm carrots that were uncooked (we are not talking about al dente here) multiple items missing. I know that a lot of places are short staffed but there a multiple ways to try and mitigate problems which none of which were used like keeping customers informed, apologising for delays (they did after we complained) In fairness they did knock money off the bill but never again.

   Went to the restaurant with the intention to try steak but changed of mind when I realized it was Sunday. Tried Sunday ultimate roast instead costs £14.99. Food was ok. Just disappointed with the waitress who never came back to take my orders. Another waitress walked passed multiple times to collect bills behind me and at the side of me assumed I ordered but the girl who seated me never came back at all. Hope I wasn’t a victim of discrimination just because I was wearing shorts.

   Although the place was very quiet it took 20 min forever for our order to be taken. The food wasn't really worth the place. Medium stake was cooked rare, chips still undone in the middle. Maybe its okay for a quick sandwich or burger but avoid the grills options.
