   Amazing food! Very quick and attentive service, we had kids and a vegetarian at the table and there was menus for both with lots of options! Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so lovely!

   Had the most amazing meal with my family today. Found the pub from leaving a terrible establishment earlier in the day. Wow what a find. Food not to disappoint Service was 5 Star Cannot recommend this Pub/Restaurant highly enough. A great credit to the Team 5 Star Cannot wait to return with the family.

   Lovely country pub that offers a varied menu / regularly changing specials and a Sunday carvery. Staff were very welcoming and there was plenty of space. When we visited the carvery had plenty of food left and it all tasted great. Both the food and drinks offered for value. Only very minor negative point was that we would have preferred our carvery food to be a little warmer (gravy didn't provide to much extra warmth). We also had a shark problem with one of our puddings which was supposed to be served hot but was still frozen in the middle. Regardless of these small items, we will definitely return to try other items on the menu and some of their live act nights.

   Really cosy little pub with a fab atmosphere. Tables are spaced well so you don't feel squashed in like in some other places. Excellent quality carvery, really tasty and plenty of choice for veg sides - great value too as is reasonably priced. Staff are all polite and friendly, attentive without being overbearing and service was quick and well organised. Would definitely recommend for a carvery and we will definitely be returning!

   This is a hidden gem of a place - the food is excellent and a great range of drinks (especially Gins). The owners make a real effort to run a welcoming pub and this translates through all of the staff. I will definitely return soon.

   It was too cramped. I found the food to be average. The staff were great though. I had heard many good reports about this place from friends so hopefully it was just me having a bland tasting day.

   Fantastic Sunday carvery today . Beautiful fresh veg and succulent meal . Like eating at home but with the bonus of no cooking or washing up. We booked the table late last week and we were accommodated by really caring staff who jiggled some tables around so we could take my elderly parents and visiting family for lunch . This is the first time I have been back to the New inn in a few years and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be returning very soon and can highly recommend.Thank you

   The New Inn is a wonderful country pub with great well kept beer and splendid food. A wonderful warm welcome awaits from all the staff, clearly trained to remember all the old fashioned family standards. At the front of the property there is a ‘beer garden’ area, very popular in the warm weather of late and part of the car park front and back. Disabled access is good with a little extra care and behind the bar area there is a large seating area in the restaurant. The online menu is quite varied and concentrates mainly on traditional pub meals, however that is not a criticism. The portions are good, and represent great value for money. Very few people could eat here, and honestly leave hungry. The sweets menu shows the same imagination with twists on the old favourites (mine the deep fried ice cream, & rum and raisin!) The service is wonderful with helpful friendly advice and reassuring attention to detail especially with our food allergies. In short a family run friendly and great value country pub, super well kept beer and wonderful food served with imagination and backed by a good clear understanding of food allergens.
