   We booked Christmas lunch for 4 of us. We couldn’t have been looked after any better. The room was beautifully decorated, the staff were brilliant & the food was amazing. We’ve eaten here before & we can’t wait to return here in the near future. Highly recommended.

   Turned up and decided to have lunch and ordered the burger. The service and the food quality were excellent, well worth a visit. Whilst I was there I realised the pub also does live sport with Sky & TNT so I will be back at the weekend on Sunday afternoon to watch the Arsenal Vs Spurs.

   We went to the Hinksford Arms for Sunday lunch with some friends. The chef came out and introduced himself, and said that he's just come back from Weymouth where he'd worked previously. He's now taken over the kitchen at this place, and seemed quite proud of his new challenge. We placed our order at the bar, and the food came out relatively quickly. I went for the roast pork which came with a pig in blanket, yorkshire pud, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, green cabbage, roast tatties, and stuffing. Quite a plateful. It was nice and hot, with plenty of gravy and he even brought out some apple sauce, and it was all delicious. For dessert, I tried the Choc Orange Delice with vanilla ice cream and that was lovely. We would certainly come back again, as the food and service is great.

   Comfortable local pub with decent food selections. We came in for lunch and enjoyed the warmth from the wood burner and the selection of real ales. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the southern chicken wraps. A nice local pub, with a visit.

   Went for Sunday lunch today. My first visit here and definitely not my last.....me and partner took his mom, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were lovely. Kelly was our waitress and nothing was too much trouble for her...in fact this was the case for all the staff...Kelly went above and beyond in helping us choose a lovely ice cream dessert. We'll done everyone. We will certainly return. The bar staff were also excellent and treated us like we were regulars.

   Went for a family party. Food was delicious. Only thing was although we had to choose our food before we went due to some people changing their orders we were left with food we hadn't ordered...I felt the restaurant should have had a few spare of the meals.

   Very cosy pub. Went there after a local running event. No food after 8pm unfortunately. A lot of dogs inn the pub. The guest ales were top shelf!
