This is our absolute go-to spot for authentic Indian snacks and sweets. We always get our samosas from here because they’re the best I’ve ever had — the perfect balance of pastry and filling, packed with flavour and always great value. Whenever I introduce anyone to them, they become instant fans. The samosas (cooked fresh while you wait!) and the Ras Malai are honestly some of the best you’ll ever taste, and everything is served with a smile. Their savoury dishes are just as impressive — delicious parathas with generous fillings, paired with a beautifully flavoured carrot pickle. The crispy jalebis and warm masala chai are the perfect finishing touch, gently sweet without being overpowering. To top it all off, everything is offered at very wallet-friendly prices — especially in today’s inflationary times. Great food, great value, and consistently warm service. How could I fault this place? An absolute gem.

Great place for sweets and samosas! All the items taste freshly prepared, and the owners are very humble with excellent service. We ordered sweets and samosas for our Diwali and Christmas parties, and everything was outstanding. The samosas were excellent — people couldn’t stop eating them! The team was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the ordering process. All orders were delivered on time with neat and careful packaging, which we really appreciated. The sweets here are absolutely delicious — fresh, authentic, and full of flavour. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. One of the best places in town for traditional sweets. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing food and quality. The samosas are hands down the best in Birmingham —crispy, fresh, and full of flavour. The sweets are exceptional, especially khoya barfi, kaju Katli and Gajerella ,which genuinely taste the same as they do in India. The alsi pinni and panjeeri are fantastic -I’ve tried and tested many from different places, and these really stand out. You can clearly tell the quality and quantity of ingredients that go into them. Nothing feels cheap or rushed. I also buy paratha every week , and it’s consistently fresh and delicious. This place truly cares about authenticity, taste, and quality. Highly recommended!

Picked up some food from here today… arrived home to realise there was mould on some of the pakoras. This is un acceptable. Judging by the other reviews this is not the first time it’s happened which is shocking! We will definitely NOT be returning here.

It’s highly rated for a good reason. Excellent food and quality. Absolutely phenomenal food and service every time. This place is fantastic, give it a try. Best samosas I have had in the uk. All the curries are delicious. We have bought lots of different types of food here and everything has been great. The savouries are just as good as the sweets. The staff are lovely and so helpful when I don’t know what to order. If you want an Indian food or sweets go nowhere else. If you are vegetarian, then this is one of the best places to go. They do not sell any non- veg items or egg products. I just wished it was a restaurant so you can sit and enjoy the food there. I highly recommend this place!!

Best place for food, savouries and sweets in Birmingham. The only place where I buy Matri, gulab jamun, khoya burfi and saag. The prices are set , unlike some shops where they are constantly changing the prices and have no menu. The service is always great and fast. All the staff are very friendly and always smiling.I would highly recommend this place to everyone. This is my go to shop if I have a function coming up

One of the best places for Indian food. Excellent quality of food. Channa bhatura was lovely. Loved everything but their paneer pakora and Rasmalai are one of the best in Birmingham. Very busy place, however the service is quick. Highly recommend this place.

Best food shop in Birmingham. Food is delicious. All items were freshly prepared including rotis, parathas and curry. The rasmalai were delicious, very soft and creamy. The lady who served me made sure we were happy & satisfied with what we were buying by giving us little sample which was very helpful for us to decide. Consistently good food and the quality is great. The only downside is how popular the shop is, as sometimes the wait to be served can be a while. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Simply the best Indian takeaway shop in Birmingham. The taste and quality is the finest I’ve had. The samosas are the best I’ve had. They have a huge selection of both savoury and sweet products. You have to try their khoya burfi. I have to say their curries are the best, so well flavoured. The food and sweets are always fresh. Customer service is always excellent. Would highly recommend Omni, you won’t be disappointed.
