Visited the place after new management, the food is just 10/10!! The scene+atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the new owners have gone above and beyond to cater for us, overall such a nice dine in, will definitely be coming back and they have made such a great effort with the new refurb

Visited for our sons birthday with our family. Been regulars for many years and it was great to meet the new owners. They couldn’t have done more for us and can only wish them the best of luck. Good was brilliant

Great food, reasonably priced. Staff are friendly. The location in a housing estate is unusual, but was able to park a short walk from the restaurant.

So I've lived in York since 2019 and finding a good Indian has been near on impossible until last night! Woodthorpe Spice, brilliant authentic Indian cuisine and also more than reasonably priced. My definite go to take away or sit down restaurant from now on.
