   Just had a lovely meal at la Bella chime in Hartford. My friend accidentally ordered on the old website an afternoon tea and the chef did not let us down. They prepared an Italian style afternoon tea and what a lovely experience that was! I would definitely recommend this and we were told this was a new option coming soon. Everything we received was amazing and the flavours….. you need to try this!!

   Had a lovely time this evening at Chime celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. The food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and they had so much time for our granddaughters. Will definitely be returning. Thank you all so much xx

   New owners and set up is brilliant friendly staff, really nice food (we just had bar snacks). Bar staff knowledgeable on different beers they had to offer and what you can expect. Cocktails were nice too.

   Great night out, the food was amazing, staff are fantastic and the new beers are just epic! We're really lucky to have this concept in Hartford! Something we normally travel to Manchester for so definitely pay a visit to Chime!

   Vile. Don’t bother. We were aware Chime had changed hands and was under new management but thought we would give it a try with it being local and not wanting to travel far the day before Christmas Eve. I don’t know where to start; - Freezing cold - Bright lights, no candles or ambience - Table not ready - Had to ask to order food - 2 hour wait for food despite not being busy - Dirty plates when food arrived - Service was poor, we had to ask for glasses for drinks - Decor cheap/tired; Menus inconsistent etc - When asked to speak to management a scruffy member of staff in dirty clothes and poor hygiene sat at our table and attempted to critique the timing and delivery of our evening Will not be returning until this business has changed hands which is likely to be in the next year due to incompetence and shoddy service

   Cannot wait to go again! The menu is varied and enticing. The food was reasonably priced in generous portions and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and professional. The decor and ambience is superb. The toilets are clean and spacious. Just be sure to book to avoid disappointment!
