   Restaurant was busy but the service was still top notch . We had chicken melt , mixed grill and a children’s spaghetti bolognese . Food came out quite quick and was really nice . Emma served us and as always was very attentive and chatty. Atmosphere always friendly and upbeat . This is why we always come back.

   Dropped in for a meal with my wife. Great food and wonderful staff, but it was almost baltic. There appears to be no 'real' heating in the restaurant, with a couple of small heaters supplying what heat there is. My wife spent most of the evening with her coat on. Staff were great, with Kath and Emma making sure our meals and drinks were as expected. We'd definitely eat here again, but probably wait until winter is over and the warmer days reappear.

   I can not thank the staff at the beefeater enough for their kindness and understanding towards my daughter who has autism all the staff have been amazing during our time here as where in the hotel put up by the housing due to having work done on our home and without the help of the staff we would have struggled very much. The food has been amazing so full of flavour and very beautifully presented. The hotel premier inn has also been very helpful and understanding massive thank you all round would recommend 100%

   We had booked at the premier inn next door ,upon our arrival our table wasn't ready which wasn't a big problem we had a drink at the bar when it was ready we were left a long time before anyone took our order items were missing from two of our meals when quizzed about it oh we've run out was a quick response onion rings are still being cooked as we speak never arrived 1 hr between starter and main then eventually ordered three deserts only to be told they didn't have two of the three desserts asked for bill was being charged for drinks we didn't order it was resolved also a free round of drinks was given as an acknowledgement of poor quality the staff were very good and friendly not quite sure where the problem lies would I go back here again No had issues with beefeater before so probably won't use premier inns where its a beefeater

   The food is good, service from the friendly and helpful staff is very good. I have been patronising this restaurant for several weeks as I am lodging at the Premier Inn whilst working on a construction site. The meals are good, the restaurant is always clean, and the ambience is also really good.

   8oz sirloin steak, and chicken wings, The Food was extremely average, and the salt grinder just put like grains of rice sized pieces of salt out was literally crunching salt on my steak, the only saving grace was the staff the girls where nice, but the fella in there looked like the manager, was abit a duno how to word it, not the warmest of characters.
