   We recently booked a large table of 12 for a family birthday celebration. All the staff were extremely accommodating, especially Parisio who helped arrange. Excellent communication via email from when I initially booked up until the evening and also super helpful in helping set up the area beforehand too. I have a few allergies and intolerances and again, the manager was extremely accommodating and helpful and we all had great food and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Fantastic staff and excellent customer service. Thank you all so much! Highly recommend!

   Had a fantastic time! The service was excellent, Dean was friendly and really attentive, and Kate couldn’t have been more helpful. Both made us feel so welcome. The food came out quickly and everything tasted great. Definitely one of the best spots in town for a relaxed meal and great service. Highly recommend!

   Excellent meal. I had the Nasi Goreng and it was delicious. It was also the Cheeky Mondays deal, which meant I could have a 175ml glass of house red included. My friend went for free desert instead. Staff were very friendly and really efficient. We ordered from the table and it was simple, and quick.

   Great decor. Loads of seating and a lovely roof terrace. The pina coladas were delicious . The mac and cheese could have done with being put under the grill . The squid had a good portion size. Everything was very tasty and it's a charming location with an extensive menu. I will definitely go back

   We had dinner here and the food choices were plentiful but the tapas for sharing was only really enough for one person. I thought the fried squid wasn’t fresh and the chicken wings were quite dry but flavourful. The burgers looked great and juicy with their slim fries. The sticky toffee pudding was alright and not too sweet with the vanilla ice cream. The bang bang chicken was really the only dish that would satisfy our stomachs I like the presentation, I liked the paintings and decor and the service was pretty good indeed. I was only disappointed with the tapas.

   Great experience! We visited Cabello lounge last week for lunch! The food I ordered (well, most of us had the same thing) was Buttermilk fried chicken with homemade slaw, chipotle sauce and fries. It was a flavourful meal which I wouldn’t mind going back for… The customer service was very impressive! As a diner I don’t expect the restaurants to get it right always. But, what is important to me is their attitude and customer service! My colleague ordered the soup of the day, and unfortunately it wasn’t up to the mark! When we told the waitress, she immediately spoke to her manager and changed the soup for another dish, without any extra payment! This nice gesture brought back the dining experience which could’ve been lost! The place is absolutely perfect for families and dog owners!

   Coffee was good, breakfast looked much better than it tasted. One of the sausages was absolutely rock hard and way overcooked. I ordered extras of black pudding and greens with peppers both of which were a let down. There were no peppers with the greens and the black pudding had been cut that thin it was almost like a crisp. The worst part about it was when I mentioned it to one of the staff he responded with "thats how it comes" and walked off. When we had almost finished our meals a female member of staff that was clearing the table next to us asked if the food was OK. After explaining the issue she was kind enough to offer to have the kitchen prepare some fresh greens and black pudding to replace the items. Had that happened in the first instance I would have taken up the offer but I had already eaten most of my meal so politely declined.
