Last Wetherspoons on my way home from my Welsh road trip.Lovely staff and very friendly locals.My beer was cold so what's not to love about another Spoons ticked off my list highly recommend if you're in the area.
Be careful if you have pets, there is a tiny sign by the front door, that doesnt specify pets are not allowed at the outdoor seating area, the position of the sign makes it look like its saying no dogs inside. Also you wouldnt even notice this sign if you sit outside and just order on the app. The staff expect you to just know the company policy and the management refuse to give food refunds, after kicking you off the premesis. By far the worst experience iv had whilst eating out.
Lovely friendly lass behind the bar. Great meals at low prices, and a lively sunny spot to sit!
Quite. a wait at the bar, possibly due to staff absence. Quite busy and clean throughout. Very good pint of Peerless Kaibosh IPA for around £2
Excellent spoons .great staff .breakfast was SUPERB ! top plates low rates pub making it even cheaper ❤️
Visited today 22/2/23 and once again clearly the cleanest most friendly . Also food served quick and hot myself and partner and 2 grandchildren had just basic American style burger and chips youngest granddaughter had child's pizza all ate the lot gets 10 outta 10 from me and I have family that work and manage other weatherspoons
Disappointed by staff member's attitude. Sat outside and bought coffees whilst checking Scouts as they came past on a hike. One member of staff came out and had a go at the kids for eating a snack from their bag and refilling their water bottle from a 2 litre bottle we had brought with us. He also chased another customer out of the 'beer garden' as she had a well behaved dog with her. The two parents who were staying until the Scouts reached the next checkpoint had planned to eat there, but took their business elsewhere because of this member of staff's appalling customer service. Management take note, this is probably why it was half empty on a Saturday.
Was treated disgustingly by staff. Ordered on the app. Drink unavailable despite paying for it. Was refused a cash refund and ordered to drink up and leave. A refund that I am unlikely to ever see again. A loyal longstanding customer lost forever. Staff need retraining in handling customers in my opinion.
Breakfast was top quality as usual for a great price. Free refills on hot drinks is an added bonus. Staff are friendly and willing to help
Nice place to go, staff friendly and food looked good. I will be going back. After going back again the food came out in less than five minutes but was not hot, makes me.think pre cook for speed. No food this time back ut staff was very nice and polite.
