   I’ve never seen a worse KFC branch in all of London than the New Addington location. Extremely Slow Service: Staff take one order and then disappear for 10 minutes before taking the next. Waiting times are unreasonably long. Incorrect & Missing Orders: Orders are rarely correct. Items are missing, and what is given is often poorly prepared. Poor Food Quality: Fries are undercooked, and the chicken had a bad smell — definitely not fresh or up to KFC standards. Unprofessional Team Behavior: Staff spend time chatting among themselves in their own language (Telugu), ignoring waiting customers. Improper Complaint Handling: When we raise complaints, the shift leader Bhavana is called. Instead of fixing the issue, she just offers free food to stop customers from complaining. That’s not how proper customer service should work. This branch clearly lacks proper management and customer service training. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary changes. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers this way.

   Useless customer service. Was at the front of the que and not one staff member come to us to ask for our order. I didn't even want to give it a 1 star but you have to post at least a 1 star to be able to leave a review. Please avoid this KFC. There are better ones not far from this location with much better customer service.

   Worst KFC ever. Unless you go and pick you food it always arrived freezing cold. And even if you go to get food yourself the speed of service is ridiculously slow. I always use the app and order food prior to visiting one it's cheaper than using deliveroo or Uber eats and quicker than queing as they are so slow at service. Tonight I ordered and clicked at restaurant 5 mins before I arrived and when I got there there was 4/5 queuing and about 6 orders on the screen, yet it took 10-15 mins for my order to arrive and by the time I got my order and was leaving the queue was going out the door. This always happens at weekends when it's busy other restaurants seem to cope with busy periods this does not. And the staff all seem clueless and running around like headless chickens and are not being managed at all.
