   This place has an odd little entrance but don’t let that fool you. Once upstairs you get greeted by the loveliest staff. The view here is wonderful looking over the river, especially at sunset. Quiet music in the background and a great atmosphere with other diners enjoying their time also. We opted for the Set Menu A, for the two of us. The duck is beautifully cooked, it comes over unshredded, and then is taken by staff to shred. The staff here really can’t do enough for you. The main courses then came out after we had finished the duck, probably the nicest and freshest Chinese food I have ever eaten. Everything was cooked beautifully with so much flavour. We don’t come to London too often, but when we do come back we will definitely return here! Couldn’t fault our experience at all. Brilliant!

   Nice Chinese restaurant right opposite Holiday Inn Express, Hampton by Hilton. The entrance is from the parking side. They offer a great variety of dishes, with small bowls of tasty soups and generous portions of noodles. Service is good too, definitely worth a visit.

   A Culinary Gem for Chinese Food Lovers Simply the best Chinese food in London! (Much better than restaurants in Chinatown)We enjoyed incredibly fresh and scrumptious dishes with a proper, authentic Cantonese taste. The dim sum was absolutely divine. The experience was topped off by a fantastic view of the City Airport and the river. With onsite parking and being next to a DLR station, it's incredibly easy to visit. A must-try for anyone seeking the best Chinese food in town!

   Dimsum is quite good and fresh. All the dishes ordered were very tasty. Restaurant has a good atmosphere and good view as its next to the airport. Service is quick however the place can get very busy specially during weekends.

   Food was excellent, and so was the variety of foods offered in the menu. The pictures of the dishes in the menu helped a lot in decision making. Atmosphere a bit heated, as staff tend to give tourists a weird look. Also on our first visit here, our orders were not completely delivered, and still they put this on the bill when we wanted to pay. The quality of food is the only factor keeping this review a 4-star.

   The food was very nice & the staff were very helpful as they brought us everything that we desired. Some of the dishes had ingredients in that I do not like, but they kindly made sure that they were not included in the dishes. I would also like to add that the food came extremely quick, which was superb!

   I booked a table for 10 people for my birthday dinner. The food was so delicious and I can't wait to go back. The chicken in black bean sauce and tempura asparagus were amazing! My brother took his in laws a few weeks later, because the food was wonderful and staff were very friendly.

   Chinese restaurant with one of the most beautiful views in London. We come here for food every time I visit Excel. The food is always great, we were never disappointed. Especially dim sum dumplings and pickled beef noodles. Unfortunately I have never met a pleasant staff at this place. I almost always feel that we bother the staff with our presence. Nobody welcomes you, nobody smiles, nobody cares if you want to make another order. But great cuisine will always bring us back.

   A nice restaurant with some good quality food. The location is great and has nice views if you get a seat by the window. Parking is not free so make sure to have some change or use the app to pay for parking or can use the nearby DLR station. To be honest the only problem with this restaurant is the customer service, which is dreadful that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. The service I got was very bad and decided not to pay service charge and after that they treat you even worse. However if you want some nice food, with nice views and don’t mind about the service you get then this is the place.
