Came here for a Sunday roast. Price-quality ratio is unparalleled for London standards. Food was abundant and the festive menu didnβt disappoint. The waiters were either stretched or on their first day because it took them bloody ages to serve the food.

Hotel breakfast is 10.99 for full English Breakfast + Continental or 8.99 for just the Continental Breakfast. Plenty of choice at the buffet, so itβs good value for money. Taste-wise itβs ok - you can get better tasting breakfast around Woolwich.

Food here is awful. I would definitely avoid. Itβs a good place to sit and work if you need to get something done, as place is empty during the day and staff friendly. Good for tea and coffee and workspace. But donβt get lunch! Food is such poor quality, not cooked well and not nice. Just look at how they cooked a βfriedβ egg. The Mac and cheese was so bad too.

Stayed with family in the premier inn for a week or so , first day tried dinner, than one day one of us stayed so tried all 3 meals, than on the last day we all tried breakfast, so not extensive but Quick note in all cases we arrive time wise either in the middle or as it started Breakfast - depend when you arrive you might have more or less items as they are not getting filled back quickly as food get consumed. More importantly the food was warm at best semi cold at worse, as while maybe it come out hot but the container holding it are not heated so quickly it get cold β¦ Lunch and dinner several items were missing even though in the menu and what was available was mediocre at best. One thing that was nice even though again not our first choice was the salad and drink hence 2 star and not just 1.

Have been a couple of times, in both instances they were short-staffed (just one person serving). However on the last visit there was a lot of chatting among the staff, and lunch took over an hour.

Never been here before. I didn't have a good first time. Waiters must've been understaffed because it took too long for refills to get completed (10-15 mins). Food was disappointing for a big chain. Steak sizes were poor for ~Β£20. For around the same price you can get better value at other steakhouses. We also arrived at an unlucky time since most of the menu was unavailable. The steaks were overdone for some and others underdone. Could've been a one off but I may have to try again another time (probably will avoid dinner though)

Sub par experience. I don't have much to say, I have seen Beefeater at different locations in London and I was never reluctant to try it. I am not much of a meat person. Welcoming host (also manager) was nice to us when booking us in, she showed us to our table of two. Table was clean, cutlery was all clean. But menus were not clean, it is not a complain but nit picking, I had to wash my hands before eating. I was happy with the food but unhappy with few things regarding the service. I was happy with the food and drink, mango vodka, and food was the Stack burger. The burger itself I would say was decent, there was nothing special or particular about it that makes me want to come back to Beefeater again. I liked the skinny chips that comes with the burger, it was balanced in terms of salting. Though for their famous 74 sauce, I would say nothing special because they taste like normal barbecue sauce and Sriracha sauce. Now for the few things I was unhappy with. My wife asked for Medium rare steak and she got well done. The server said that was the last type of steak they had, which felt strange to me. We spoke to the manager and manager said the same but she compensated us to a on the house dessert. It almost felt like they didn't want to cook another steak. My drink was a passion mango vodka, and it was supposed to come with passion fruit garnish, but the lady serving said they don't have any garnish as they ran out. I said would they reduce my payment because of this? She said no, then few minutes later she comes with a slice of passion fruit, which she said they found one laying somewhere. My wife's drink spritz mango passion fruit, but she said she couldn't taste any mango passion, as the prosecco was rather strong or overpowering. My burger stack was supposed to come with 74 barbecue sauce on the side, but mine did not come with it. I asked the manager if my burger comes with the sauce, she said the sauce is inside the burger. I was confused because I did not taste any sauce, even my burger was not ozzing out sauces. However manager was so nice to provide me a bowl of 74 sauce. I was not happy with the experience, because it felt like they usually give a subpar service and majority of their guest are hotel guest. And these people are unaware of the "cutting corners" beef eaters does, so customers don't complain. But if you are aware of the service of your food and drink, and you complain, beef eaters excuse is they don't have any in stock. Or I might be wrong and they were not expecting large influx of customers due to lack of staffs. Manager was understanding, as she compensated for the wrong food delivered. The dessert presentation and taste was weak, despite that being the New product and the most expensive dessert on the menu. The mens toilet was out of order, and someone or some people made a mess in the disabled toilet. Waiting time was fine, our drinks came within 10mins of ordering. Our food took almost 30mins I believe to be served. The dessert took just less than 5mins, which proved my worrying of being disappointed by the taste. I would not recommend this restaurant, it is good for hotel guest as Premier Inn hotel is built within it. Initially I would give this place a 2 stars, but because of the nice, hard working manager, I gave it 3 stars. Manager was just let down by lack of staffs and chefs.

I had a meal here as part of my hotel stay at the Premiere Inn above the restaurant. It was a Wednesday night and it was quiet. Service was a little slow but not too bad. The food was very tasty and the staff friendly. It was clean and tidy also.
