    Using this hotel often, this is another amazing stay. Firstly, let's talk about the most welcoming staff in the UK hotel industry! Adam, Lyndsey, just perfect. From the moment you come in, smiles, friendly, helpful, happy to chat, just a very welcoming place. There are not many hotels like this anymore within the UK. The position of the hotel is great, next to train station, on thr High Street, but once inside you wouldn't know any different. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable. Had a great stay yet again, thank you both and to all those at the Burlington. Amazing!

    "Traditional" rooms. For that read dated. However, they were clean and comfortable and a lot larger than the "modern" hotels you get now. Location was fantastic, straight opposite the main train station entrance. The breakfast was really good.

    Visited for the Christmas Market on Friday 7th November. The hotel was lovely and clean and the Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful as were the Cleaning Ladies. We had a double room (335) which was lovely, cosy, clean and the bed was lovely and comfy too. My only gripe was that you were not able to open a window. The room had all the amenities, iron board, Iron, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a nice tv. There is a lift available for thoses with old tired legs like us. Also, a really nice touch by this hotel is that they let you leave your luggage in reception while we went shopping on the Saturday. The location of this hotel was superb, the Christmas market was less than a minuter away and the Bullring Centre a 5 minute walk. A wonderful comfortable stay at a wonderful welcoming hotel. We didnt have a chance to eat in their restaurant but the food looked amazing. Highly recommend a stay at the Royal Burlington.

    Absolutely amazing stay! After a terrible experience at another hotel, coming here was a complete relief. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, everything perfectly clean and well looked after. A huge thank you to Mini at reception — she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. After such a rough start to my trip, she truly turned things around and made me feel at home. The whole hotel is calm, clean, and well organized — I finally managed to rest properly! I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and genuinely pleasant stay.

    We booked the suite for my birthday for one night and it was amazing! The room was spotless to be honest. We also paid extra for the decorations for Valentine’s. The breakfast was nice. All the staff were really friendly and nice too! I would definitely stop here again. :)

    The heating is faulty. We had to ask for portable heater in the room. The whole hotel was chilly. We had delicious sandwiches at the bar on Saturday afternoon. Really very well done. Most memorable sandwiches ever! I forgot my charger in the room and called the hotel on the day we checked out to be told that they had found it and it would be left in reception. I made a special journey to collect it. I was asked several questions about when I had stayed, the room , the make of the charger and they said that they didn't have it but would look into the matter. Left my number 5 days ago. Not heard anything yet.

    Love this hotel. Nice clean bed big room and big bathroom. Its in the city centre and you can just walk to places especially with Christmas market just down the stairs. I love it. I brought my 2 dogs with me as well. The staff were friendly and nice. The check in desk was tidy and clean. The restaurant was clean as well. The only thing is they got no parking space. If the have 1 thatwould be wonderful. Even if they didn’t have at least they can mention where is the nearest 24h car park. Because some people drive from far away and when we search the parking in google map it show 1 is about half mile. Its not far but when it’s rainy day the last thing you need is dragging your suitcase for half mile under the rain. People will find it very helpful and appreciate the hotel management even more. I definitely come back as I don’t see all the city centre. And I definitely know where to park now.

    This hotel is beautiful. Many original features have been kept. Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds was really comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I had a room service meal and it was lively. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Birmingham.

    We had a great stay at the Burlington Hotel while visiting for a show in the city. Location was fantastic, just over the road from the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only reason for a star off was that the body wash bottle in the shower was completely empty and there was no hair drier available in the room, which for the cost of the suite we had and it being a 4 star hotel could have been something checked better during the room clean for the body wash and something that could be provided for the hair drier. Other than those minor bits, overall a great stay
