I normally have a really good experience at trinity kitchen but today I decided to try a new food truck they have called ‘Asian heat Mexican Street’ and I ordered the birria ramen. When the bowl initially came out it looked pretty good and I let it sit for around 2 minutes whilst it cooled down a bit because their food is all extremely fresh. However when it came to eating it I found there was no broth under the noodles despite it being on the menu description, the meat was dry and there was barely even any meat just fat leaves of bok Choi and an excess of noodles. They were dry and sticky and I ultimately couldn’t eat it as I literally got given plain noodles with no flavour. The service was lovely however and the workers were so nice so all they need to work on is their menu items. Please don’t go here and get the birria ramen as I have been left very disappointed and mourning my waste of money since I’m still hungry after eating there. They also had really lovely chips so good on them for doing that right as well.

Loads of gorgeous food, something for everyone, great atmosphere, chilled & relaxing, great place to go with friends & family after shopping all day

Good atmosphere and many options to choose from, so everybody in the group can go for their preference. My kids enjoyed burgers and chicken with fries from one of the food tracks with a dessert from Archie's. I usually go for a soup from Pho

We really enjoyed our visit here. most of the vendors had a veggie option, there was lots of available seating but, I imagine it is busy at the weekend. tables were clean

It's a colourful environment to wander around until you decide what to eat. There's a variety of takeaways to choose from and plenty of tables and chairs. The quality of the food and the standard of customer service is a bit hit and miss but the general vibe is OK.

A dud burger joint in here, basic offering- the homemade patty (veg) had a decent flavour and was commendable, but while eating it began to lose shape. The frustration was the lack of base fillings such as lettuce, onions etc. In addition there was too much sauce and the bun was low quality...cost over £11.

Great food here. We've visited a few times when we're Leeds. Today me and my partner shared a pizza from Street food Italiano and some loaded salt and pepper chips from Chinese Street Food. Both dishes were delicious! Most meals are between £7 and £10 though you can buy sides like chips cheaper. Previously we've had Mexican food and burgers and they're also great. Trinity kitchens is in a great location and has plenty of space to sit down, including TVs to watch sport on.

Amazing place. Make sure to roam around before choosing where to eat from as there are multiple choices. Trinity Kitchen is inside the Trinity Mall in Leeds. It’s a food court but with street food specifically. I ate at Archie’s and it was great.

above average price. quite a number of stalls: Thai, Vietnam, Italian, French, English among others. Dining area is not that big.
