Went in for a coffee which was very nice also had a bit of cake which was good the shop was quite and plenty of seats to sit down
I went to the coffee shop, and the staff were really nice and attentive. They genuinely care for the people and the service.
Very slow Service - staff have unapologetic altitude. Please increase their pay they look miserable.
Not the best tasting tea, but very friendly staff and no shortage of seating (12-3pm Monday). Decent WiFi as well. Glass windows floor to ceiling all around the outside, which brings in lots of light, although it allows everyone on the outside to look in too.
Visited here during our lunch break. It was very busy having one staff on cold drinks, one staff on hot drinks, and they both share the duty of making the food. Waited for quite a bit just to order the drink but the hot drink was instantly made. Friendly service overall and the hot chocolate was delicious. Would definitely visit again when I don't need to rush back to work.

Friendly staff, service good. Am frustrated Costa remove filter coffee option and the prices are now excessive in my view. Not the right time for Costa to make that decision. Looks like Wetherspoons for 1.25gbp then...
Mainly a shout out to the current staff who work there. They always go above and beyond for customers, friendly, polite and welcoming too. Can't fault them at all.
About time I did a review of my favourite coffee shop. These guys have had to put up with me on nearly a everyday basis since they opened a few years ago and always get treated with a smile even under masks throughout a tricky time when they where allowed to open again. Always get a great mocha and love the Christmas breakfast choices. Thanks everyone Merry Christmas and all the best. (Joe from the bike shop).
The drinks and food were average, however the toilet experience during my visit was very disappointing to say the least. Especially during a pandemic the toilets were highly unsanitary, I mentioned to staff about the condition and nothing was done.
