   Great staff. Small Starbucks in the hotel complex. Plenty of room though, including outside seating. It can be quite noisy and has a lot of foot traffic with the hotel, gym, bar and workspace right next to it.

   Worst customer service ever at a Starbucks, abrupt and unhelpful staff regarding using the Starbucks App and when asked for a saucer for my flat white the barrister threw an espresso saucer at me saying that all we've got!! Trust me my money is to precious to spend here in future

   Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Was in the drive through waiting for 45 minutes, nobody asked to take our order so we waited to get to the window for the incompetent woman to say she cannot take our order and to go inside or queue up again in 30 degree heat!!! Staff were so slow and rude and would definitely not go back and waste time or recommended. Terrible customer service. Would give a 0 star if I could however had to Mark atleast 1

   I usually like Starbucks, hence the 2 stars. However, I went here for a hot chocolate to take out. When I went outside to take a sip, it went everywhere (floor and me) because of a broken lid. I lost half of the drink and was so embarrassed since I was in full view of people inside the hotel. It's not hard for staff to check the lid.

   Lady serving scowled when we asked for our drinks to be transferred into paper cups, as we were short of time. Then charged us 5p each for the cups she would have given us anyway! Was prepared for Starbucks ridiculous prices but there's no excuse for poor customer service. Will take my business to Cafe Nero.
