   20th June2022 Very dirty again. I am not paying a premium price to cleanup your tables! Great staff, very helpful That was a month ago, today, was hectic, not enough staff, dirty tables, dirty chairs where food has been wiped off the table. One family came in and ended up cleaning 2 tables themselves so they could sit down in a comfortable environment, an elderly couple, the mna was partially blind were told to sit somewhere else because they asked for the table to be cleared, I then carried their food and drinks to their table be use the staff did not! This should never happen, not with the prices you charge for your food and drinks. I would have walked out had I not found a clean table. Update June 2023 Still busy, 4 staff and fairly clean today.

   All staff are fantastic bar the blonde lady who works there. Anytime she is on shift my drink is not made properly and her attitude is nasty for no reason. I don’t appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable at my local coffee shop.

   Came in on 31/07/25 to grab some food and a coffee which is usual for me as I’ve been coming here for years and never had problems but on this occasion it wasn’t the best. I ordered a latte and had a toastie. But was waiting quite a while cause the blonde lady was stood bitching to another woman in the queue saying how much she hates her job and wants to leave and she has too much going on and doesn’t have to time to deal with rude customers and team member.. Then when she served me she was rushing me to choose because there was a queue. It was all very rushed the drink didn’t taste great at all it was like the milk was burnt and my toastie was all wet underneath at the bottom. I normally have amazing service in this store in general I don’t know what’s happened.

   I absolutely love Costa Coffee, but the best store for me is my local one. All staff and friendly and store is well cleaned. I visit on a weekly basis and I haven’t had one negative experience.

   Went during morning, for breakfast, treated myself to my free drink, and my Treat Drop. Macaroni was nice and warm, drink wasn't overly bitter, with the additional shot of coffee. Also, people who complain on the straws supposedly being 'unusable' are ridiculous, I prefer non-paper straws as well, but it's not that bad. Just don't destroy the thing.

   I live near by for over two years I always buy my coffee from this branch. Today I went to set but they kick my out because I have a costa coffee from Ashton branch and wants me to buy now for another coffee where I explain I am going to finish this cup and ordering another one. The manager kick me where she see my face every day, that’s really makes me feel bad even to small in her face in the past.

   Visited fhe store on Wednesday 8th March 2023, at 5 pm, a woman with a scarf on her head was so rude to the team and her kid was running around the store whilst she was busy chatting! Then she tried to make a scene and threatened the team there as they stopped her from going upstairs as it was all moped and cleaned, she was absolutely out of the line but the manager dealt with it professionally and dismissed her out of the store. lovely service and great drinks the 2 girls were working very hard yet were very friendly and helpful.

   I went at 5:30. Dana said I can only have in take away cups as they’re closing soon. An hour before and yet she couldn’t give me normal glass mugs. The table was a mess, I had to ask for it to get cleaned. Not coming here again. I used to work at costa and our store was NEVER like this. This is a real shame. Costa has dropped in service massively. I parked right outside which was good. Thought it’d be a good chill. Clearly not.

   Absolutely tasteless ingredients. I ordered the pigs under blankets. Could not taste a thing. What stuffing?.. (and I haven’t got a cold) I Don’t mind paying well for good quality ingredients. But I hate being ripped off for tasteless rubbish.

   We bought a cup of coffee and english breakfast tea but just 15 mins later the staff came and asked us to leave cos it was their busiest time or gave us option to buy another drink so we can stay little longer. Never seen that kind of coffee shop in the world
