    Not far from City centre, easily approachable by public transport, free parking, quite and huge space, variety, nice and helping staff, trial rooms, washroom.

    I asked an assistant where I go to collect my Amazon parcel - to which she replied “at the Amazon locker” informed her that I hadn’t been in this store - just told me it was “over there” “at the back of the store” I know people are tired, possibly don’t like their job etc but there’s nothing wrong with a smile and a direction to somewhere instead of being flippant. I’m getting tired of customer service people who don’t give a damn. I see it all over. Leave whatever rubbish mood you’re in at the door please.

    Only had men's slippers in size 8 unless you wanted a pair of Guinness type which are obscene. Got my grand daughter some different sizes whoopee.

    Another store with staff stood around in groups having a managers meeting,while they expext customers to serve themselves. Theres a stupid till queue system that is not markedin any way, so you wait for 10 mins, see others start to queue at some place you didn't know was there, then to be asked, card or cash, card. Oh your in the wrong queue. Been shopping here since it opened. I will NEVER EVER step inside this shop again, even if it was free.

    Staff are moody, prices as shown on rack arnt correct and had to wait over 10 minutes to be served.. Absolute joke of a place.

    Terrible staff who lack a lot of customer training. No customer toilets and if customers with physical disabilities need to go the staff refuse to help. Need educating on how to help customers with disabilities. Store and staff should be ashamed of themselves
