   Really happy with Sam from mamas and papas as she kindly held a dress behind the till for my newborn. This dress was out of stock at my local stores and I travelled an hour to get there, i was also looked after at the store. Will definitely travel back to this store to shop :)

   We visited the store today and we were assisted by a lovely lady named Louisa ,she explained every single detail and she had lots off knowledge about the push chairs and car sits , We had a bit off issue with the card payment but she was soo passionate and nice ,at the end she offered to take 10% payment and allowed as to pay the rest online .that was soo nice off here . I was not feeling well and she offered me bottle of water with no charge . I would highly recommend visiting the store and ask for Louisa . THANK YOU SOO MUCH LOUISA ❤️

   Terrible service and poor knowledge. Went to Gallagher retail park store straight after and had a great service. November 27 at lunchtime we visited, wanted to purchase a travel system. One member of staff was dealing with a customer, once she finished, we asked if she could unlock a pushchair for us to look at. She said she was busy with a personal shopping family, and said to speak to her colleague. The colleague was very nice but knew minimal about the prams, was unable to fold the prams and remove different attachments. The saddest thing was that when she went to ask her colleague a question about the pram, her own colleague was rude and not responsive as she was still busy with her personal shopping (I would like to point out that she was not busy at all and her customers were looking elsewhere). Would not recommend this store.

   Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the two girls working tonight. I came in with my mother in a wheelchair, my sister and our two children on Thursday 1st December at around 8pm. Two girls one blonde and one dark headed girl decided to stare and point at me and my family talking about us. I have autism and have never felt so uncomfortable in my life, the blonde headed girl then walked around the shop looking at all the things we had touched to see if everything was still there. The brown headed girl then continued to stare me out. Please check your cctv to confirm this, how you employ such horrible members of staff is beyond me. I was hardly going to steel a pushchair bolted to the floor with my two kids and a wheelchair.
