   Visited the Birmingham store today after following their FB page. We were looking to upgrade our sons stroller , the 3 I had seen on FB were all on display, the staff were helpful but also left us and gave us time to have a look over the ones we liked and try them out, but we're on hand when we had any questions. We picked a stroller and footmuff and was a absolute bargain ! We travelled a hour to visit the store but well worth it. Some real bargains at this place well worth the drive very happy with our new stroller.

   This company is not good, I went in with my partner. Felt sorry for this place after seeing that video circulating online , someone stealing a doona pushchair from here. So I went here to go purchase one, also a cot bed on top. All happy as larry, they said Tuesday , we will deliver. 1 day before I called. They gave no confirmation, so it’s Tuesday today and we phone back. She couldn’t be asked to phone back, and now they getting all rude on the phone. Classic. Lying about stating 9/10 days. My baby is without a bed. You said Tuesday! So last week Wednesday till Tuesday this week. Why take orders in store if you can not follow simple protocols. Lacking appalling behaviour. The manager does not know how management anything. To customer care service skills to overall management of the shop floor . Also heard how you close at 5.30, it’s 5pm n you say to your fellow colleague in a funny way. See if the customer needs anything , in a rush way, Because it’s home time. You guys have 0 compassion in your job roles or decency manner. If anything this place needs to re hire all the employees there. Don’t have a clue what day it is. Orders fail, you follow up like you work there. #No further business with you.

   My family visited this store as the deals seemed too good to be true but to their pleasant surprise, they were in fact real! Sales team were amazing, knowledgeable and supportive. The team post their bargains on social media also so always great to keep a lookout. Great variety with even better prices.

   What a wonderful shop, I visited today and travelled all the way from Manchester to Birmingham to have a look at some baby strollers. I was greeted warmly when I entered, The workers were super friendly and helped me with all my questions and showed and demonstrated how to fold and use stroller with car seat. Gave a bit more discount for travelling from Manchester. They helped carry the new stroller and car seat to the car. I highly recommend this shop for all baby essentials.

   I was on the lookout for a budget friendly compact stroller that was easy to take on holiday along with something that would fit nicely in my car as I have a tiny boot. I popped into jolly tots for the first time and must say the customer service is fantastic, I asked for some help and the lady (unsure of name sorry) was lovely, she didn’t pressure me into buying an expensive item which they usually do in baby stores and she was honest in saying the difference between the cheaper pram and more expensive one which was nothing, they folded the same. I was unsure of whether this pram would fit in my boot and she even went to the extent of carrying out to my car and testing it out! Ended up buying a baby swing chair and some other things at fantastic prices! Will definitely be returning and have recommended to my friends. Keep up the good work, very hard to find stores that are not money hungry but actually wanting to help the customer find the perfect item. Also thank you for helping me carry out our items to the car and thank you for a great experience xx

   Visited today for the first time with the plan of looking at Travel Systems. We were recommended Jolly Tots by an unknown couple in Merry Hill - and we are glad they did. We came away with several items for our baby who is due soon, all very well priced and good products. Excellent customer service from Ricky - who greeted us and also demonstrated several products for us to look at. Would visit again and have also recommended to friends.

   I went in yesterday with my husband and mother in law to look at furniture and bedside cribs. Dave was lovely and extremely helpful, he wasn’t pushy at all and we ended up purchasing the Joie Bedside Crib. Thank you for your help Dave, I’ll definitely be back to buy more!

   Visited here today with my partner after being recommended by a friend and was very impressed with the products and service provided. We spoke to several members of staff, all of whom were very willing to help and assist even though they knew we would not be purchasing today but would at a later date.    Popped in for a stroller yesterday. Staff were amazing, very helpful, answered questions, gave you a demonstration, then left you alone to look at the stroller, they’re always on hand for anything whilst visiting the store. (I’ve been to other day retailers in the past that don’t leave you alone and try to push you into a sale- these never did) We could of taken it boxed or they offered to set it up before we took it away, they then offered to carry it to the car which was lovely. Prices are incredible. Items brand new at a fraction of the price. We pain £79.99 for the Joie brisk stroller which retails at £139.99. Heard about this place from a friend, and will be returning again when we need to upgrade main pushchair. I dropped them a message on messenger and the answered back right away. Wish we knew about them sooner. Will be returning in the future. THANK YOU!!!
