   embroidered the wrong name on my sons trousers and then tried to blame me for the error. One staff member found the frustration very amusing and being sarcastic. Really rude. When I went to purchase the first time they were both soo nice and helpful, now both very rude. Only nice when you go to buy, once you have purchased uniform then they won't even look at you!!! I would rather travel further than go back to this shop.

   Ali was absolutely amazing today. I turned up this morning desperate for a blazer for my daughter and she ordered me one. I expected it to be delivered in days but she rang few hours later to say it was ready for collection. I am so happy and the service offered was exceptional.

   The staff at Midlands Schoolwear were very helpful. I left my uniform shopping till the end of the summer holidays, so the size for my year 7 son's school blazer was not available. However, the store managed to get a blazer ready for me within 2-3 days (and it was also a bank holiday weekend!) Thank you. Excellent service. The staff are very friendly and patient. The price at this store is also decent.

   Amazingly speedy service - I put the online order in at 11:45am and it was delivered by teatime the same day! I am really impressed. The order is great - everything fits as it should and is of good quality. I’m really pleased with it. I’ve not used your store before but I will definitely be using it in future.    I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews, I went yesterday ordered nursery uniform for my toddler girl, and yes they are very busy, and of course i didnt mind waiting until someone was available to help. It school rush and its our fault that we left everything at the last minute and we expect from them to do what we ask them in such short of time. Everyone was trying to help and be with them in no time. Yesterday i ordered the uniform and today i got the text to collect it. I am so glad with their service as i needed the uniform before tuesday. They are a little bit pricey, hopefully the material will still be good after washing them

   You need to get there early to get your shopping. It gets very busy and crowded in an already small shop. It's hard to get someone's attention as they always seem busy. They will order items for you if they don't have them in store. It's better than Clive Marks though.

   Impeccable service when ordering PE and Games kit for my son. Ordered on-line at first but had a personal service when someone from the shop rang about the name embroidery part of the order, which was done within the next few hours. The order was then dropped off at my house on the same day. Would not hesitate to use again instead of Clive Mark, the other stockist for my son's school, seeing as the Clive Mark on-line store does not make provision for embroidery and is a little more expensive for some items.

   My wife and I have 3 children and 8 grandchildren and would never shop anywhere but Midland Schoolwear. The staff is exceedingly helpful and courteous and get top marks from us. The store policies are openly posted and are comparable to their competitors. The quality of the merchandise is top shelf and priced competitively. We fail to understand the complaints posted online, they seem to be coming from a segment of our society who feel more privileged than the rest of us. If they would just educate themselves to retail business standards maybe they would stop disparaging good honest businesses.
