Went into the store yesterday. Female assistant was near the window cleaning a suit. Never looked at us or said hello the whole time we were there. Awful customer service. Hope her managersreads this
Karen and Andrew are an absolute asset to the company. Both very welcoming and chatty. I went into the store looking for a new blazer but unfortunately didn't have my size in. Rather than dismissing me, they both took their time and efforts looking for an alternative for me. They really made me feel valuable as a customer and i could of honestly spoke to them for hours. This is what good customer service is all about, so well done guys, I'll definitely be back :)
