Went to the Hugo Outlet store and after only being there for a few minutes I left straight after due to the way the staff talk about their customers. I noticed one of the members of staff were helping out a customer and when the customer asked for a bigger size in the trousers the staff member that was helping went to there work colleague and started talking behind the back of the customer and laughing about the size that the customer requested and then proceeded to go and find the size that the customer requested. If they are going to talk about someone behind their back they need to do a better job because I heard all of it. Because of this I never made a purchase from this store and I don’t think I will come back after what I experienced today. The date that this happened was on Saturday 13th July 2024. I hope that these staff members are dealt with accordingly.
