Great service from the staff at Kids Essentials today. I was able to buy everything my daughter needed to start school again this week. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need school uniform.
SCARLET and ANDREW were so helpful and professional. SCARLET took the stress out of my school uniform shop and was so nice, polite, friendly and very patient and really knowledgeable on sizes and uniforms. Gemma was absolutely fantastic. I had an order that was delayed and she went above and beyond to sort it out for me on the same day and kept me updated throughout the delivery process. She is an exemplary member of staff.
Been to the shop today. Was helped thoroughly by staff even with my noisy toddler they still Managed to give me all the help and information I needed. Was happily surprised with the quality and affordability of the uniform. Nice easy fitting and buying process without a massive bill! Quality!

Went in last minute to the Northfield shop with my 3 children to sort out uniforms. The staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed me to take my time and even done the embroidery there whilst we waited. Great value for money and kind staff.
Got the uniform I needed which is why it gets 2 instead of 1 star. The staff were rudest i have ever enountered. Asked to queue while waiting for a free staff member which is fine however to then be told I would only need age 3-4 and then huffed at when i asked to try 5-6 as well. Then telling my 4 year old to "hurry up" and take the 1st jumper off as "there is a queue of people waiting for me" I thought was out of order. Ended up getting the 5-6 to which was told "told you that you would want that one!" TWICE! I understand its busy (I mean it wasn't heaving there was about 15 people in there) but really was not happy with the bluntness and rudeness of staff.
If you don't want to work there you shouldn't....obviously it's going to get busy in the school holidays...its probably your best time for business an yet the one woman spent over an hour acting as if she didn't want to the custom... her aside the staff were efficient and helpful shame some should ruin what should be a memorable experience
