We ordered from here last night and had a shocking experience. Some of our food was missing and when I called up, the woman who answered was incredibly rude and refused to help or replace the missing item. Would not recommend!!!!!!
They have different names on Uber Eats app but same adress. Very unreliable, don't recommend at all! Uber Eats cancelled my order as this restaurant never delivered my order. Stay away from them.. other name is King's thai
Bad food, soggy soft shell crab and no XO sauce
This used to be our go-to place for Thai takeout. The Thai dishes were always delicious and tasted authentic, even though it's not a Thai place specifically. We ordered from here regularly, and our last order was in June - we were very satisfied, as usual. Yesterday we ordered our usual selection from here, but something was extremely off. Almost every dish was inedible. The Pad Thai was just a bunch of tasteless soupy noodles, and the "Massaman Curry" looked like a container of wet dog food. Both dishes had big sloppy mushrooms in them that tasted faintly of moth-balls. The bulk of the food went in the bin. None of it was Thai by a long shot, and I wouldn't even say it was Chinese. It was just absolutely dreadful. Such a shame, but we shan't be ordering from here ever again.
Food was fantastic! Hot, fresh,large sizes. And came early. They must have made changes from the earlier reviews. Prawn dim sum was beautiful. The rice was huge and perfect. The prawn dumplings soup was in a clear broth with a filling amount of bed and shrimp dumplings. I hope they won't act like the reviews cause if they do I'll be saying goodbye. Your my go to for the foods I just reviewed.
Placed an order at 6.30pm on just eat. The order was confirmed and 10 minutes later I got a message saying the food was on its way. At 7.30 I called the restaurant to be lied to and told they had try to call me to confirm the order. Firstly I had no missed calls or messages or anything. Second it was already confirmed on the just eat app. Thirdly I was sent a message saying it was on the way. After waiting for one hour after I was told the food was with the courier and on the way, we spoke to them and was told they hadn’t even started cooking our food yet and offered no apologies or anything. Just completely ignored our order and left it pending on just eat. We will be ensuring that local customers are aware of this and the lack of professionalism shown! Disgraceful
