Just received the jacket I ordered, it’s a shame as the jacket is ok for what I was after, but the print quality is terrible, cheap, pixelated, and not even using the png file I sent with no background, but making it a cutout square that just looks really bad. I suppose you get what you pay for, should of gone somewhere that does it properly.

Terrible customer service. There was a delay due to stocking issues and staff absence but they didn’t bother communicating this until I emailed them after my order still only showed as placed a week later. They take ages to respond. Still waiting for my item now (which was a bday gift) and it’s coming up to 2 weeks. Definitely would NOT recommend.
Highly recommended.. Good quality and fast delivery. My daughter asked for dachshund hoodies for Christmas and I couldn't find anything decent in a child size so I decided to get 2 designed. I had them delivered today and im so impressed, Thankyou.
