   Luke the engineer came round to repair my washing machine, which was having issues draining. He called in the morning as the office said he would, arrived promptly, and was polite and professional throughout. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in just one visit.    Recently ordered an integrated Bosch Fridge Freezer and paid for installation and removal. Arrived next day and engineers brought up 1 flight of stairs and removed old and installed new is a very short time. The gave instructions on initial use and left everything tidy. Very positive and polite engineers and highly recommended. I have used this company a number of times without fault.

   We bought our rangemaster here two years ago. We went back for an American fridge freezer because the service and product knowledge is excellent. The delivery and disposal of our old appliance was excellent. We had 4 men who were polite and careful managing the removal and installation of large appliances with great consideration for our home. The Wash House is unbeatable for customer service.
