   I base my experience on the service and shopability when in a store. Outside there is plenty of parking which is a plus. You walk i and there's a man on the desk and even though you look in that direction and smile there is nothing back. ( service is not even a thought.) The newer shops are more spacious and easy to navigate but this store is hard work. Tight walkways and very dense. If you had a pushchair or wheelchair I believe it would be a chore. On the way out I was looking at the sales rack and the same gentleman who was talking to a lady went to go past me so I move in to let him past he stopped then went again. Not even a thank you and the lady said is everything all right. I decided to go elsewhere. I'm sure there is items in there if you hunt but not for me.

   WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE Last day I went to the shop for exchanging a shirt which I was purchased two days ago. When I have requested for an exchange they just ignored as it was worn and ironed by me it seems. But I have not ironed or washed, I have just came to swap only because of size matters, and they are not accepting. Moreover, they are claiming that there is some stain on it but when I took from my home there wasn't any stain on it. They took the shirt from me to show the manager inside, After coming out they are showing some stain and they are claiming that I washed this cloth material . But I wasn't. So my question is how can they claim that I washed and ironed the product...The attitude of the Lady manager and the staff was really rude and ridiculous. As a business it is their duty to have a good customer care and pleasant face instead of rudeness. CONCLUSION: Even though how we react they don't care they will still continue doing with the customers. FACT: The management should take necessary action to this, as it is increasing the, number of negative reviews coming on.

   Customer Service is shocking, no staff in site for help or to check sizes. Managed to find what I needed, checked out and was charged incorrectly. Went back to the till to be told no refunds even though they charged me wrong, Manager "Steph" couldn't even be bothered to come to the till and spoke to the staff over the walkie talkie like I couldn't hear her. Accusing me of changing the ticket prices, absolutely diabolical and rude. Will never shop here again, poor store, poor staff, poor management.

   Visited this evening (Fri) around 6/6.30pm, the shop is open until 8pm. After trying to find a member of staff with not one on the shop floor (!!) I went to the till to ask for assistance with some trainers. As they went to the back to look, a man who seemed to be the manager came up and started questioning where the staff member had gone. I explained and then he responded with an off the cuff remark about how people all rush to shop during the evening yet they're open all day... Very unprofessional. People also work during the day. And the store is open until 8pm!! It's his job - clearly didn't want to be working "late" on a Friday evening. Staff are none existent. This isn't the first time I've experienced this when visiting any Sports Direct store. I'd rather not waste my time trying to pace up and down to find someone to help...but some times you need something at 6.30pm on a Friday night and there's no where else to get it from!

   Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful especially after we bought two pairs of shoes on the fly at 18:58 on Saturday the 4th of Feb. Customer service is key.

   One of the worst costumer service especially blonde lady upstairs. As i asked her the size about the football boot,she asked me to wait and after that she rudely said that cheapest one is that side.

   Honestly THE rudest "staff" i hve ever dealt with.walked in the doorway desk to left had Mr angry who not only didnt acknowledge i was standing there , he then mis directed me to the wrong floor after i was very specific what i was looking for. I had to ask another member of staff on ground floor who told me it was upstairs. Asked next member of staff who went over there with a forced head movement..seriously! even if you dont like your jobs a smile & maybe actually showing your customer where smething is 1.may cheer you up & 2. Would prob make your day go quicker because you would actually get some sales. I left and went to white rose centre ( brilliant they conversed with me) will NEVER go in crown point store again.

   Just like any other Sports Direct Store but doesn't have much to offer, stocks mainly the basic gear, convinient for me as it is only 5 mins walk from where I live and therfore I visit here quite often. Only issue I've had is the staff usually at the door or not very polite, they seem to care more about their outdoor activities rather then concentrating at work, giggling and laughing rudely. Staff at the tills are always polite.
