   went into the store looking for walking boots, was offered no help at all had to ask about shoe sizing but was then walked away from and had to move boxes of shoes myself to get to the ones i wanted, the young women just said if i needed another size to buy online instead of helping me look! the service is shocking be prepared for a self service shop

   This store is great, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I rang to check they had a pair of trousers which they did, and they reserved them for me until I could come in to buy. Needed to return a Web order at wrong size (their sizes are generous like they day!). Very easy to do, Nick and Alex very friendly and efficient. Will certainly be back. Oh, I also bought another pair of trousers for myself!
