   They added some beef and green peppers to a huge amount of salty gravy. It was inedible. The “fried” rice was boiled rice with a tiny chunk of egg. I ordered this meal after work at 10.30pm and I think they assume anyone ordering at this time is maybe a bit drunk so therefore doesn’t notice how bad the food is. Not what I am used to from Taste Good but will be very reluctant to order again.

   Disappointed – Standards Have Dropped Used to be one of our favourite takeaways, but tonight’s order was really disappointing. • Salt and pepper ribs were nothing like before — they came in batter, not properly cooked with chili and garlic like they used to be. Now it’s just a few bits thrown on top after cooking. These ribs used to be amazing… not anymore. • Mixed vegetable chow mein was poorly done — noodles weren’t cooked properly, and there was barely any sauce. What was there was more like thin chicken soup thickened with a bit of cornstarch. Definitely not chow mein as it should be. • Only the salt and pepper chips were decent. We came to collect the food expecting the usual quality, but when we got home and opened the boxes — major letdown. Unfortunately, we live too far to go back and sort it, so this might be the last time we order from here. Anyone know where the old chef (the one who used to cook the amazing food) is working now?

   Bought food to takeaway, took 20 mins after ordering to collect. Everything was so tasty and fresh and very good value for money with taste and portion size! Special mention to chips which seemed double fried as they were so crispy and well seasoned unlike usual takeaway chips that get soggy after the drive home. Staff were kind and attentive.

   Taste Good had been verified vegan for a long time, however suddenly the tofu, curry sauce, chips, even the mixed vegetables are no longer vegetarian at all. It was very, very good while it lasted and I'll miss their food & their incredibly friendly staff a lot.

   Love the people and the food every time I go there. I discovered this place last year during my short stay in Edinburgh in late summer. Love all the Siu Mei and it is 100% similarity with what you get in Hong Kong. I am a big fan of this restaurant and will keep coming.

   We used to order take away from taste good,and we always enjoyed, specially the roast duck, but we are really disappointed about the duck we ordered tonight! As you can see from the picture! Wondering its made by the same chef or not, the other dish is not as good as usual too. Hope you can keep the standard like before.
