This is the first time we had visited chai green and was certainly not disappointed. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We had pani puri, chai green fries, momos, samosa chaat, virgin mojitos and hot chocolate. Everything tasted amazing. We will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.
Chai Green is a wonderful place to enjoy drinks and delicious food. My family and I were very pleased with our visit. The service was professional, and we were warmly welcomed with a smile that lasted throughout our time there. We were unfamiliar with the dishes, but the staff patiently and thoroughly explained everything to us. Everything was delicious; I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you very much!
I love this place! The staff and food are always on point! Came here for my birthday and the lovely girls surprised me with a sweet something and a happy birthday song! Nabeela was my server and she was so friendly and welcoming had a laugh and a joke with her like someone i have known for ages! She was sweet, attentive and very funny. Amazing service as always! Food was delicious! Thank you for making my birthday memorable! Appreciate your lots efforts xx
Had a very good experience, the wait was around 40 minutes and food took another 30/40 minutes which is quite a wait however the food made up for it and it was well worth the wait. Food quality was on point, tasted amazing and since I visited while there was offers on it was well worth the money. Banging food. The girls who take the orders were a great help with everything and I have no complaints.
We visited the Sparkhill branch. Delicious food. Had a wonderful time with family! Served by Sura who was very professional and polite. Presentation and the taste of food was amazing. So many options to choose from. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The prices could be a bit more affordable and if they have their own car park then it would be amazing- that’s only 1 advice i have. This place serves the nicest food. Loved everything we bought from there. The service was good and atmosphere is quite nice also considering we came as a group of 6. It is a little tight to manoeuvre around and definitely not pushchair friendly. Only reason it is four stars was because the table besides us had leftover food and as I walked past the back of my coat got covered in cake. Now whilst the waiter was kind enough to get me a wet tissue, the logo of the company ended up colouring my coat in teal so wasn’t happy with that. But overall definitely a recommend for food and drink.
A fabulous chai (Indian tea) place. The service, the food, the decor, the ambience was absolutely top notch. The menu had a lot of variety - you cannot go wrong with a Full English or a Desi Breakfast. For the dessert - the milk cake is a must try. Everything on the menu is halal and prices are quite reasonable too. Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Birmingham.
Really loved this branch! The location is convenient however parking can be an issue due to the busy road. The front of house staff was lovely and got us a table quickly! The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations for our food options! The wait time was reasonable and every dish we ordered we really liked (savoury and sweet) The atmosphere and music of the venue was really good and would definitely come back here to try other menu items
It’s been a while since we have been to an establishment that serves great food all round, Everything was cooked to perfection, The samosa chaat was on a different level, The chicken karahi was lovely, The mini naan breads were cooked perfectly nice and fluffy, Fish fritters were also nicely seasoned, Chicken Tikka nice and tender, Lamb chops also perfect, Malahi Tikka was also perfect. The down side I would say was we got our fries before the rest of the starters and had to ask for the remaining of the starters to be brought out, the music was a bit too loud for my liking couldn’t hear the person sitting on the opposite side
