   Really impressed with this company. Firstly, the guy who came to see if my washing machine could be repaired spent quite a while, but turned out it was not worth the expense of repairing but they very quickly sorted and delivered a new washer -it was me that asked and I was not put under any pressure to use the company whatsoever. Such a nice young man he was too. Same with the delivery guys who came from this family run business. Would 100% recommend, and will definitely be my first port of call for any other kitchen appliances I may need in the future

   Great service. Had them out to look at a washer-dryer that had begun tripping the fuse. It took them well under an hour to diagnose the fault as a problem with the heating element. They had stock in the van to replace the part and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labour. Would definitely use them again.

   Great value new and refurbished machines. Our washing machine had died and left us stuck. We were able to quickly choose a new machine at a good price and were advised on the most suitable model for us. We chose a Bosch machine for £150 and paid £10 for it to be delivered and our old machine taken away which I think is a bargain. All the machines also come with a 12 month warranty. The deliver was booked in for the Tuesday (3 days later) and the time was confirmed earlier in the day and they called 10 minutes before to confirm they were arriving. The people delivering were very quick and efficient, having the new machine set up for me in 10 minutes and did so without a fuss or a mess. Highly recommended, this company isn't as visible on social media and is best if you visit the showroom yourself in person. The new machine is working perfectly.

   Absolutely disgusting service we bought a larder fridge last year and I broke twice asked them to come look at it as we run a foodbank and got the most vile young man with a foul mouth please don't buy from them

   Wouldn’t recommend 2 washers in 9 months first one was problem after problem so swapped it for another had to pay an extra 30 told them to come and take it back and give us money back didn’t get all money back even tho when we first phoned up they said we would get it all back absolute tossers and very rude wouldn’t buy a thing of them again
