   Absolute shambles of a company. Was told by Argos customer service to return a faulty tv. Took it back to store to be scrubbed at by the manager saying she doesn’t deal with refunds speak to Argos. Never again will I spend my money with this company or pathetic manager they have in this store. She needs to go on some customer service training and maybe check out the sale of goods act

   Ordered online yesterday and straight away got an email saying order ready for collection. Travelled over to Sainsbury’s to find nobody there. There were customers standing around waiting to be served. Went to Sainsbury’s customer service desk to find out what was happening, to be told that no Argos staff had turned up that day due to the snow. Sainsbury’s was fully staffed, and full of customers. There was no excuse whatsoever for the Argos staff not to have traveled in later that morning, and really poor order system allowing customers to place orders and wrongly receive emails to come collect their orders.

   Made a purchase on the Argos website at 8.20pm. The website said I could collect it straight away. When I got to the store 15 minutes later the store was closed! Apparently it closes at 7pm! Get your act together Argos!

   Collected an item on behalf of a family member and it was ready and waiting so no complaints there. However the member of staff on the collection point was short to the point of rudeness and practically shoved the item at me.

   The staff are mardy, unhelpful and quick to walk away as they can't be bothered to spend time with you too help. I've tryed calling them 5 times now and someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging straight up with out even thinking about putting it to there ear. I'll never use this argos again and I'll be sure too tell everyone about my visit.

   Terrible!! Waited in a long queue just to find out that there were only two people serving. The collection area was crowded by people complaining (I saw at least two people collect their items, then return to complain that it was the wrong one.) Finally got called before I was rudely stopped by a member of staff who then called over another customer before saying that he was there first and sent me back to the queue. When I finally got served, the server didn't seem to know how to spell when inputting my word that I ordered my item with. Seriously under staffed, lots of order mistakes and slow. If you need something from Argos, it would be better to go to the one in town. Rating - 1 star.

   All the staff were serving people in the long line of customers, so it's only a little quicker. Someone did come and serve me eventually, but it's still a lottery as to how quick you can pick things up - even when you pay in advance online.
