Amazing landlady. Very clean throughout the building and outside areas. Rooms quiet well presented. Definitely going to be revisiting.

Dont believe the bad reviews! Lovely little pub, friendly and efficient staff. Nice clean room with two pillows each and drink facilities! Of course its loud below, its a pub! Was perfect for the quick stop over we needed and a nicely cooked breakfast in the morning too for a very reasonable price! Free tea and coffee included!

To be frank, I wouldn’t even rate this a 1! Me and my party couldn’t even stay it was absolutely filthy & we didn’t feel safe at all - for a group of women staying in singular rooms with fire exits opening onto a back alley leaving rooms easy accessible shouldn’t be allowed! The rooms were dirty. Draws were full of crumbs, blinds covered in god knows what that don’t even cover the windows. Door handles that don’t even fit and leave openings within the door. The smell of bleach was uncanny - clearly masking something. I didn’t even want to check the bed tbh, I’d saw enough from walking in. We lasted an hour here before checking out and finding somewhere else to stay. No facilities for tea/coffee etc. The welcoming was cold and staff were rude yet very shocked when we told them we weren’t staying. Little fixes and this place would actually be quite nice but clearly the owners or management aren’t checking the finer details. Such a shame - but abit of advice… don’t go on 4 in a bed. Shambles

Tiniest car park ever, didn't serve food as live music was on, no tea/coffee in the room time we could come from our room down the packed bar and take the drinks back to our room, told that you can use the take aways and we will supply you with plates and cutlery, had to book for a meal by the snow dome so had to drive and not have a drink or £24 return on a taxi, got back list my parking space so had to park out front and I was told you should be ok till tomorrow as it's Sunday! Very reassuring. Couldn't get to the bar for a drink at it was so busy and loud so conversation with my wife would have either sign language or written on paper. Fire door left open constantly so freezing cold throughout. Room was ok I suppose, we did get a move as in ruins 1-5 the TV's don't work!? Booked for a relaxing night away kid free for the first time in ten years, didn't relax, worried about my car out the front, got up at 5.45 to go and check on it, got home and are both shattered now as you get noisy locals in the bar till silly o'clock, then people up and down the corridors not exactly being quiet. Would we go again? No.

This place is a lovely community pub with 20odd rooms and ideal for competitive overnight stays compared to hotels. The staff are friendly and the home cooked food is simple but great. The breakfasts especially nice. Free tea and coffee all day plus events most nights that bring the whole community together such as bingo, killer darts and pool. We were working in the area so ended up staying here for a couple of weeks and as the locals were so friendly, I will make sure pop in, in future to say hi. Keep up the good work guys ❤️

The room was dirty, really loud, and didn't feel safe. And the pub food was not good. Worst place I've ever stayed. Definitely NOT kid friendly.

We were told our room 'needed some work' so we were given complimentary breakfasts. Our room was disgusting: the ensuite ceiling was covered in black mould and the floor was yellowed. The blind in the room had a horrible mark on and all the drawers had suspicious stains. The TV was broken (and the remote was disgusting) WiFi barely reached our room and the radiator looked broken so we didn't want to turn it on. Breakfast was served on chipped plates at a sticky table, the food was fine (hygiene rating not yet received). The free tea and coffee came in chipped and mostly dirty mugs, it wasn't very nice and no alternative milks available. The owner was quite nice but unfortunately our stay was awful. Parking was also very difficult and didn't feel safe.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 22. We had a triple room on the 2nd floor (up 2 flights of stairs). The room was clean and a decent size. The beds were comfortable. There was no kettle in the room, but there was tea and coffee you could help yourself to in the bar area. The pub has a small car park and if you can’t get in there is parking on the street. There is a separate entrance for when the pub is closed. We had a nice cooked breakfast each morning for £3.

We have just spent Easter weekend at the Fazeley Inn and wasn't disappointed. The staff was so lovely, polite, and friendly. The room was small but just perfect for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom is a small size but the shower cubicle was a decent size and the water was lovely and hot. It all looks to be newly decorated in the public areas and the rooms. The food is very affordable and very tasty. There is a very nice beer garden and a small park area for children to play including a shelter area and a grassed area which is right by the car park. The car park isn't big but also wasn't a problem for parking or getting out. We will definitely use the Fazeley Inn again because we plan on taking the family to Drayton manor which is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.It can get noisy with the revelers on a night time due to the location of the rooms and the beer garden. This could be an issue if you have young children or you want an early night. The live band music could be heard from our room which was the furthest away but we aren't light sleepers so this wasn't an issue for us
