Really poor service. Staff just concentrate on drive through and leave customers queuing at the counter. Only three customers inside but loads of tables still full of dirty cups and plates. Toilets not clean. Stay in your car and use the drive through and you might be ok

My girlfriend has never had a matcha like it. I've never seen her so angry about other terrible matchas. Time after time she has had horrid tepid grass water with grit and placenta in it, no sweetener. Not from HERE. It was perhaps the most wonderful experience of maybe both of our lives. The man on the till with glasses was lovely and cordial, and we watched him make the drink as if we were watching a Christopher Nolan epic. Unbelievable scenes.
Another Starbucks that won't take the currency of our country. No retail store should be allowed to be cash only.
Beautiful Starbucks with lots of seating, and a small outside seating area too. Friendly service and great coffee!
5 Star Customer Service. Stopped here on the way home from Scarborough with family, and the staff were amazing. Everybody working was so nice, smiling and saying Hi. Great service, loverly hot food and amazing coffee. But the staff service really won it. A really big Thankyou from all the family, we have a long drive home and your pleasantness and happy smiles perked us all up.
New branch of Starbucks, which has only been open over a week. Plenty of parking, spacious inside, with tables well spaced out for social distancing. Staff friendly and efficient. Great place to stop for a cuppa on the A64. Two hours free parking available. Please note that drivers need to key in their registration on the tablet by the tills to use the car park for free and avoid a potential fine.
