The service wasn't the best in here. The first barmaid served me my drink and just ran off, leaving me waiting for nearly 5 minutes to ask for ice. The next barmaid was too busy socialising and ignored me at the bar til I waved over.
Doesn’t serve food , no kitchen. But everything else about this place . Land lord and staff bring atmosphere and quality service.. customers relaxed

Whether you're popping in for a casual drink or a night out with friends, The Swan delivers every time. The prices for birmingham are fantastic. Just £2.90 for a pint of carling and £2.85 for a pint of perfectly looked after real ale. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area – you won't be disappointed.

Great place to go.staff are superb,they go put of thier way to make you feel comfortable.great atmosphere every time I go.saturdays is great for watching all types of sports as they have numerous televisions placed all around the pub. After a bit of shopping on the high street there's no better place to unwind,relax and maybe a drink or two. Thanks to all who make it it a pleasure to be there
Impromptu visit to the Swan when shopping on Tuesday. Very friendly staff. Wouldn't call it a family pub.The manager was helpful and patient whilst I decided on on my drink. Cheap and cheerful.
