   I bought a coat that was missing buttons! I wear a size 8 but I have big breasts, it's not possible to wear the coat because it doesn't close! I noticed this defect just days after purchasing it. I went to the Kingston store once to exchange the coat for another one and there I was told that the coat was manufactured that way... then I contacted them via email and received good customer service, they said I could exchange it, but I HATE exchanging products! I'm a foreign consumer and my English isn't good, only those who have this feeling know how exhausting it can be! I would rather lose the £80 and be at a loss! But I warn you to look at the details of the products you buy... check if not for missing buttons like in my case, zippers in good condition, stitching, etc.!

   I bought 1 items on 4th December ask refund on 10 December,they ask me waiting ,I waiting 2 weeks still not refund,so tried contact customer service,they also need me waiting 15 days. I waiting 1 months still not refund,3 months ago refund a gift card!!cheating customer!

   One of the best clothing and accessories store. A wide range of affordable products having superb quality. I really love the quality of jeans, leather jackets, denim jackets, semi formal pants, t shirts and shorts. Quality of Stitching on these products is really good. Staff is really helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

   First of all, the range in this particular River Island is not great. I have had a voucher for a while and have still not been able to spend it all seeing as it is my only convenient river island. I ended up buying my sister the bag pictured. However, the queue was quite long and there was only one person serving. Both the people in front of me wanted refunds which also is not a good sign. Then it was finally my turn but the till receipt had stopped working and the cashier couldn't get it started again. She asked me if I didn't mind an online only receipt which usually I wouldn't mind but I really would've preferred a paper receipt for this particular transaction. I didn't get it because she couldn't work it out and made me wait almost 10 minutes for the privilege of not getting what I wanted. Overall, not an enjoyable experience and I wouldn't be going back if it weren't for the fact that I still have a voucher left.
