   I do think the overall experience has been pleasant. All my items sold within the first month from my first consignment. Whilst I’ve had some customer service issues in the past I am revising my review as today I went to consign and it was smooth experience, without issues. They make the process fast and seamless. I would recommend consigning here and will consign again the future. I would recommend reviewing the website first to familiarize yourself with the process, designers etc that will help with your consignment. Thank you again.

   I’ve recently loved coming to this shop to buy special designer items. I met the lovely Sarah who is always really helpful (like a private stylist!) and also honest, which I really appreciate and respect. She’s great at understanding my style and how to feel my best. I’ve made the best purchases with her help and have received more compliments than ever. She also suggested I could sell my own designer items I no longer wear. The process couldn’t have been smoother and I’m so grateful to have discovered this Chelsea gem. I feel like I’m looking and feeling my best and also doing my bit for the planet.    I had a great customer service in the store, Jenn and Vlad are always very helpful every time I come in the store. However the waiting time for consigning items is very long, can take up to 45 days. I really hope this will improve in the near future. Some of my original packaging was lost-damaged when I asked for my items back. Nevertheless, the store has a great collection of luxury brands as Chanel, Hermes etc, very impressive items. Thank you to Chiara who is always so supportive with any of my queries.

   Easily accessible by car or public transport as it’s on Kings Road, by the Devonshire quarter of Sloane Square. Stocks amazing preloved higher end designer pieces, in great quality. The price rivals the brand new retail price, so it’s not set to benefit the buyer but the seller. The layout is inviting and the staff are on hand to help, and friendly, offering to advise on purchases. I was allowed to peruse both the stick upstairs and downstairs at leisure, Which I much prefer when trying to make my mind up. Yet to buy something from there, but love the store all the same.

   NEVER AGAIN! When I was in the store, I saw a skirt that I wanted to try on and then I went downstairs just to see what clothes they else have. A staff followed me and watched me (I guess to check if I would steal sth) which is absolutely ridiculous and made me SO uncomfortable. Absolute unprofessional behaviour to treat customers like that. I felt watched and fooled. So I put the skirt back to its place and ended up NOT buying it.

   Scam. Left 3 pairs of shoes with them to be sold, sold 1 about a month or so ago, seen no payment. Called and spoke on the phone and payment dates kept changing. Today, when payment was guaranteed, Chloe has informed the payment won’t go through as customer has returned the shoes. Information that was new to me as no one bothered to make that known. Seems like every time payments are supposed to be made there’s a new excuse why it cannot be. Seems like a scam, if not then definitely not a serious,organised business. An absolute joke

   I came to the store with few items to sell Their employee a young man was rude to me He started accusing me of coming before and bringing items I didn’t clean (I didn’t ) I told him I didn’t and he shouldn’t talked to me like that because he thought I’m someone else He then asked me to leave the store Very rude and terrible service They should be selling ice cream not luxury brands Like I stated, the items rejection isn’t the main issue RACISM is. Your worker telling me that I don’t know the common sense is the issue. Your employee accusing me I came here before and i never did is the issue In your comment, you focused on my items and how to be cleaned (even tho it was just dry leather ) and forgot to teach your workers how to behave like respectful human being
