“I could not be happier with my new kitchen: it truly is the kitchen of my dreams. None of it would have been possible without Vivienne. From start to finish the service she provided was flawless. She listened to what we did & didn’t want, and produced the perfect plan, attention to detail impeccable. Perceptive & empathetic, she made suggestions which cleverly matched our tastes but also pushed us slightly out of our comfort zone - but she was absolutely right to do so. She said from the get go that we we had the room of the wow factor and our new kitchen would match, if not trump, the space. And she was right. I would also like to take this opportunity in saying that all of the people she works with - installer, plumber, electrician - are first class too. Resourceful, mindful, and just genuinely nice people. The whole project went like clockwork, Vivienne was always on hand to oversee everything & to answer any and all questions. A dream of a kitchen provided by a dream of a person. Thank you!!!”

“My second time purchasing jewellery for my wife from Wild Fawn. She absolutely loves the “gold long twist” earrings and “gold roses are red” ring. I ordered them a bit late as a gift (typical bloke) and I reached out to seeing if they could get the jewellery to me in just a few days time. I was delighted when they organised next day delivery as soon as the pieces were ready!! Fantastic customer service and beautiful jewellery. Thank you!”

    Bespoke Goldsmith

    ★★★★★ 5
    Closed

“I'll summarise my review first - Bespoke Goldsmith are absolutely brilliant, Simon is a master at his craft and I couldn't recommend him enough!!! Now for the more detailed version: My previous ring set just wasn't right. The jewellers tried their best, but it was a bit wonky and didn't meet my expectations. In my research for a jeweller who could meet my expectations, I was surprised it was so difficult to find a company in the UK that I viewed as good enough. I found a few reviews and then the instagram for Simon. I was so impressed!!! I very easily organised to meet with him in October '23. His workshop is in a very secure building near Hatton Gardens in London. It's an amazing place. We went through various options to potentially either 'rescue' my original setting or just go for a straight reset. He wasn't pushy at all and advocated for some cheaper options to rescue my current setting. He also did some drawings of a potential new setting. He spent about an hour with me for free, with no guarantee I was going to move forward with anything. He was patient and kind, whilst also very pragmatic and able to very politely push against things I wanted that he felt were unrealistic with other aspects of my design. I went away to consider my options, and went back in January '24 to finalise a reset design and give him my rings. I picked up my reset rings yesterday. :D I found the whole process quite relaxing even though I had a detailed list of requirements. I just really trusted him to do a great job. I wasn't really expecting to see a CAD, but he did share a CAD with me after about eight weeks. The CAD was already nearly perfect. After one subtle modification, they printed a wax, and were even able to set my diamond into it. They shared photos and a video of that with me. They offered for me to come in and see that in person, but I had various work commitments and decided that that was only going to add weeks to the process so I declined that offer. The pictures and videos were enough but it was nice to have had the offer. The rings have blown away my expectations. The quality of the finish of them is amazing. There was a long list of things I had requested and Simon nailed all of them. I'm amazed by how perfect the rings are even under close scrutiny. The rings are masterpieces. I couldn't recommend working with Simon more. He's really excellent, fairly priced, was willing to work with my own stones, and I view him as a master craftsman. I don't think there are very many of those in the UK, and certainly not many who have the same sense of jewellery style as me. The only thing I would note is that I was quoted 8-10 weeks and it ended up taking four months. Thankfully it was absolutely worth the wait, and I didn't have a deadline in the way I suspect many of their customers do. I'm thrilled they're clearly busy enough as they deserve the custom, but I would encourage them to be as realistic as possible when providing time quotes, or at least to provide an update or two if it looks like the timeframe is going to change. They're a really small company and I know they have a fast-track service too, which I would definitely make use of for the right project, so I didn't begrudge them this, I would have just better managed my own expectations. Regardless, I genuinely fully trust them and will use them again if I ever have need. Simon is a lovely guy, extremely calm and as I mentioned before, very pragmatic, which I definitely appreciate. The conversations we had were all high quality, unrushed, dedicated conversations, and he really knows his stuff. I also have to give a huge shoutout to one of his colleagues, Ryan, who seemed to be the person behind-the-scenes who coordinated meetings/payments/paperwork etc and was also just a genuinely lovely and well-meaning human being. Anyway, I hope that helps for anyone who, like me, was hunting for information about this small company. Thank you Simon and Ryan so so so much, you guys are awesome and I'm so happy! :)”

“I would definitely recommend anyone to use Taylor and Hart for their engagement ring. I decided to design a custom ring and was working with Emily as my designer, she was very friendly and every time we spoke it felt like she was trying to help me create my dream ring for my partner. She was always prompt to reply to emails and answer questions. The ring itself is absolutely stunning and arrived exactly on time with a few updates while it was being produced to add to my peace of mind.”

The service included was to a really high standard and felt very personal. Nicole ensured we were happy with her suggestions and gave helpful advise on what would go well with our flat. “I could not recommend this jewellers enough. I first had this idea for a customised necklace years ago with two magpies for my late Nana, Joy, and a wren for my late grandma, Jenny wren. My partner purchased the tiny wren for my 40th and my family contributed to the cost of the customised magpies and branches to be built around it. I was consulted all the way through this with recommendations made but listening to my preferences too. They were understanding at every step and communicated well, keeping me informed. My necklace is beautiful, I couldn't have wished for anything more. A real treasure which I'm sure will become an heirloom. Thank you so much to Alice, Susie and the bespoke team. What a lovely and supremely talented bunch!!”

“I have purchased a pair of summerweight, wool and linen blend, Prince of Wales check trousers. These are an exemplar of vintagewear and trouser perfection. The fuller 1920's era cut is perfect for extended wear, say while attending a summer day wedding. They have ample length for a good tailor to take down (to approximately a 34" inside leg), or, in my case, some stout and period appropriate turn ups.”

“I have always had excellent customer service with Roxanne First when buying online, & had the same great experience with my first time making an in-store purchase too. There was an issue with an online order I made, & on contacting customer service they went through the options available. I happened to be going to London shortly afterwards & asked whether I could exchange in person if I got the chance to go to the store whilst there. When I arrived, the sales assistants had been made aware that I might be coming & why, & had put aside a replacement for me already. I browsed & they answered various questions for me about the pieces, & I ultimately decided to exchange for something different. The whole process was really smooth, everyone was super helpful & friendly, & I was really impressed by the internal communication that had evidently taken place too. Roxanne First not only creates beautiful pieces of jewellery, but the brilliant staff both online & in-store make purchasing the pieces a joy too.”
