    Trying to get in touch with Costa my husband and daughter and myself were there yesterday afternoon my Husband who is wheelchair bound left his black walking stick and I have tried I vain to contact you to see if it had been handed in but know one is answering the phone.     I chose to sip a cuppa at this place while I was waiting for my friend to finish his treatment. I loved my visit to this costa coz of the kindness showered by the staff (Can't remember the name but one girl's from Poland and another from Punjab, India) I wanted to sit in but the seating area is closed and she saw my disappointment and opened the seating area just for me. :) I liked their kind gesture, kind people are precious and I rewarded them with costa coffee mug when I left that place :) - Pavan 25-12-23

    Service fantastic. Food absolutely disgusting. Breakfast wrap full of mush. The wrap was very doughy and I couldn’t tell you the other taste it was just a mushy mess. Not what I’d expect from Costa.

    The girl with the short black hair was outstanding!! Friendly efficient service on the till with a great smile, her brilliant attitude made me smile despite that my day was generally horrible!

    The blond her woman wearing a cat jumper, behind counter, in her fifties are very ignorant and unhygienic. She shouldn't be working here. Staff who served us had a issues with the payment machine while serving person front of us. The staff shouted the blond her woman who was stacking the shelves to help her. She completely ignored the staff and continued stacking shelf. The staff shouted the second time and she ignored her again and continued finish stacking shelf and came and solved the payment issue with the staff. Then she wiped her eyes with end of her fingers then grabbed a cloth and started wiping around without washing her hands after touching her eyes.

    Cappuccino tasted like chemicals! The toast was lovely but I ended up having two sips of the coffee as it was undrinkable. Staff offered to make the drink again, but I declined. I later found out they were cleaning the machines that day

    Everything and everyone here is lovely, apart from the new member of staff: plus size, black hair, straight off the Jeremy Kyle set. Got my order wrong and THEN tried to blame it on me in between tutting and kissing her teeth lol. Hope her probation period finishes REAL soon because she should NOT be working with the general public.

    Slow service. Dirty tables. Had to give us one metal knife and one plastic as they had run out. Amateurish operation at best. Not what you effect from a Costa franchise
