Ordered 2 sausage bagels, 0 egg, cheese wasn’t melted. £8 bloody quid a pop, just tasted of oil, very slow service. Terrible.

Ordered a panini fully loaded. Very disappointing, consisted end of tomatos stringy red onion, fatty bacon rind and no cheese to be seen. Pity coz the menu looked good.

My favourite coffee house. Food is always served fast and fresh, so much choice on their menu for such a small place! Staff are always so welcoming and happy to serve you. They make you feel so welcome unlike some other places in town! Coffee is the best coffee in Harrogate no doubt. The sun terrace is so lovely when weather permits and the best part is the cafe is dog friendly!

My review is based on going for only a quick coffee to get a break at lunchtime on my own. The coffee is always great. The team is friendly. I'd say service and attitude as improved on previous years/months, where with a previous team it seemed a bit hit and miss. A bit unsure about the atmosphere grading as I only tend to just go for a quick, quiet coffee only to break up the working day and it's not supposed to be a nightclub, so I'm not going for the vibes! There's often a bit of music on in the background, which is nice. There's obviously more of a bustle at busy times and perhaps less of an atmosphere when it's quiet and atmosphere depends a lot on the clientele that's in that day. Obvs! The general decor and fittings are good, it has a bit of character. I'd say the welcoming team deserves them the full marks for atmosphere.

So happy we came across this cafe. The food was delicious, good quality and very good value. Lovely coleslaw and side salad with sandwiches. The cafe is clean and nicely decorated. Staff members were eager to please. We almost had lunch at the RHS garden (overpriced IMO), so glad we didn't. Thank you!

Really wanted to try. Google says it’s open on Sunday but here at 930 am and it’s closed. Bummer. Edited my review due to reply. Really appreciate the info, everything looks great and can't wait to try!

Looked up Nord quickly this morning and saw they closed at 3pm, arrived a couple of mins after 2pm and when I went to order was told food stopped at 2! Having driven over from the other side of Harrogate to specifically support an independent business - I was pretty annoyed and frustrated - unfortunately for Nord, Waitrose got my money today and I won’t be returning. For the sake of a couple of minutes I’m really surprised and disappointed with the customer service (well lack of!) - good luck!

Now open some evenings! (Although not showing on GMaps opening times). Wines, beers, Filey Bay whisky, gins, charcuterie and cheeseboards - check it out!

I've visited a few times. Coffee ranges from excellent to good depending on which Barista makes the coffee, decided to try the bacon sandwich. Sadly, cheap, white roll with no flavour. Paying almost £5 for a bacon sandwich I would expect good quality local bread and bacon. There wasn't even butter on the roll. My husband had a scone which looked delicious. I think if Nord wants to compete in a very crowded market they have to work on their consistency and quality of ingredients and menu.

Very enjoyable experience for a new cafe. Lovely sandwiches on local secret bakery sourdough bread. Beautiful local cookies from harrogate cookie Co and a cheeky few to take home. The most amazing cinnamon bun. Was huge. 2 lovely flat whites. Very nice cafe, lovely friendly staff. Nice decor, lovely addition to otley Road. Will return in a couple of weeks when the menu is expanded as currently a limited opening menu.
