   I had visited this store recently and I had the worst experience. I had asked for a carry bag to one the team member and this young lady who's the manager interrupted and rudely denied to give me a bag as if I had asked her for free. This lady clearly needs more training in how to talk to customers. I hope the higher management look at this matter and train the management to serve the customers politely.

   Would never again arrange to have my online order collected here again. Would rather pay to have it delivered to my home address. Customer service training definitely required. I was going to purchase more items in store but decided not to given the poor service

   I am very disappointed with the lady on the main till yesterday. Her way of talking was very rude. I went their to exchange the shoe size but size was not available inspite of helping me in this she blamed me that your 1 leg shoe is dirty. I bought it from london 1 week before. And tried to return it there. Even i said her look at the other leg the other was fully new no marks on it. Because its not my size so how i can wear it. Very disappointed i was not there for refund just for to exchange the shoe size if its according to my size then why i went there to return if i bought it already if someone wore the shoe then they wear the both not only one leg. Very bad behaviour.

   Terrible service... I went on a monday (not a bank holiday) during the day and it wasnt even that busy but I was waiting ages for my shoes... only to be brought the wrong size!! The lady reassured me that they have my correct size so I then waited again for ages with no one coming. One of the members of staff (I believe he might have been a more senior staff member) came to check up on me as he saw how ridiculously long I was waiting. He went to check what was happening, only to tell me that they dont actually have my size but they have a bigger size if I want to try?! Absolute shambles, spent the best part of an hour waiting around in that store. Luckily there is another JD in the high street which served me quickly and actually had my size...will not be going back to the treaty centre store again for my shoes

   Worst shopping experience in this store. Staff more interested in chatting to each other than working. It was a chore to them to get a shoe for me which took 20 minutes from asking to receiving. Many other stores have much quicker and higher standards than this store. They need to try much harder to even be a good store!

   JD has two stores on the high street oh Hounslow. The one inside the treaty center is the biggest and has more choice. JD has been supplying the latest and greatest branded street-style and sports fashion goods with many of exclusive products. Nike, Adidas, Fila, HA and many more.

   Good customer service, not many items on sale. I Bought three trainers, didn't get any discount. The usual range of trainers as should be expected from any JD sports stores.
