   Absolutely appalling customer service and be wary of the product ordered with colour matching! When ordering wall panels we ordered light oak and received the colour requested, on fitting we noticed we needed more and reordered exactly the same product details and everything the same, only to receive a completely different colour! When speaking and ringing to explain the situation was met with rude responses and trying to place blame else where! They didn’t offer any refunded as it extended the time (even know we wasn’t made aware of the supplier change), Only offered another light oak panel which were still the wrong colour not matching the other light oak product sent! So colours may vary but with every purchase of the exact same product colour and getting a different colour each time is crazy! also changing suppliers should be stated on purchase so people can be aware they may receive a different quality and coloured product!!

   Dont use this company! What a rubbish company. They do nor deliver to flats over certain floor! When they are delivering the panels they do not inform you of a specific date nor specific time slot. They are rubbish hungry for money! So if you live in a flat be carefull as they dont deliver to your door even though the building has lifts! Rubbish customer service.

   Don’t use this company As you can see in the photo, order was placed for 6 panels little oak. Was short so re ordered 2 panels. When panels arrived I knew the size so I cut 1 panel straight away then closer inspection massive difference in colour. Many emails back and forth granted they say panels may vary etc . But come on this is terrible. The only thing they have give back was £4 The panel that hasn’t been touched they won’t refund. Stay away from this company After sales shocking, gentleman I spoke to on phone very rude.

   Absolutely AWFUL experience - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We ordered panelling which came back a complete different colour, the sticker on the package was tampered with - with the correct colour scraped off. We ordered a dark panelling and were sent white! Terrible customer service, they would only refund us for the item if we paid for courier to return to the store. Absolutely no accountability taken by the company, a terrible experience! Don’t deserve 1 star!

   I bought 2 walnut panels from a guy who had a pack of 2 excess panels & got him to forward link for this company so that I could buy more to guarantee a match. They arrived & are a completely different shade of walnut. I double checked colour before ordering. Now the company say the darker Walnut which is definitely what I ordered on site is no longer in stock & because I didn't buy original ones direct from them they won't exchange them.
