Shopped in All Saints Brent Cross. Served by a young lady. Forgive trying to remember her name exactly - Niara/inara. Absolutely 5 star service. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. So knowledgeable. Adviced on size , body shape ,alteration wow what a talented , positive full on young lady . Well done All Saints.
“I really like this brand, and their customer service is great. Although it is pricey, the style is unique. Unfortunately, they have closed their shop in Brent Cross Shopping Centre, which makes me sad. I bought a pair of shoes for myself online and I noticed that there was a small, tiny damage on one of the lace. I took it to Brent Cross and Pauline handled the matter extremely well. She changed it right away without making me feel bad that I’m picking on a thing that is barely noticeable. I’m very pleased how the issue has been dealt with. I wish I was treated like this when I receive a faulty product by other brands. Thanks again Pauline!

(Not sure if this is how You spell her name ) Great knowledge of the products , talked to me about the history and vision of the Brand and the journey so far . Atmosphere was really welcoming and store well neat and organised ! Welldone !
I love All Saints. One of my favourite stores in the UK for my casual mens wear. Good quality and reasonably priced in my opinion for what you get. I love their range of jackets and merino wool range as well as their hoodies. Good service as well. They also have some good sales so worth waiting for these. The only thing I'm not to keen on is their hawai style range but only because I don't think it's for the UK weather. More for Miami.
Amazing customer service - special shout out and thanks to the absolute diamonds Mimi and Bassiana who treated me like VIP royalty! That's what you call 5* customer service and of all the AllSaints stores I've shopped in, this one is by far the most well managed Very happy customer right here. 10/10 Highly Recommended
Half and half Love the style love the design and good stitching however..... the material used, its very thin on some products and its a shame as I feel a better quality of material would make the products better lasting and thus more eco and more with the price tags attached. Secondly the sizes are for average to skinny people, any one with a few love handles and jiggaly bit and your out of luck to get anything that will fit well, this is a huge gripe with this store as I really do love there stock. I would also like to see some type of service in store that recycles or upcycle any clothes your done with from them or reward customers for eco loyalty with 10% off. Big retailers can make big changes in the mindsets of people and help the environment at the same time.
