“Excellent experience at Belle Baby in Twickenham! We walked in without an appointment to explore strollers and baby essentials. Ermina, store manager, was fantastic. She gave us space to browse but was quick to help when we needed it. Her approach was perfect - asking questions to understand our needs and showing relevant items without any pressure to buy. Always greeted with a smile by the sales assistants too. Their refund policy is clearly printed at the till and hard to miss (but you can always ask if unsure).
