We have returned to the Devon after a bad experience in the past due to a booking issue. We thought we would give the place a 2nd chance. The devon and its team did not disappoint. a total of 15 of us. Ben and Kasha did a great job of being attentive to our party despite the pub being extremely busy, they couldnt do enough for us. Food didnt come out all together but we did put this down to us all ordering seperate and at different times, still food was lovely. Great atmosphere and great quiz. we will recommend and book again soon

The pub is decent. Good for sport and good service. But the food needs work. It’s good value but the chef needs to understand burgers are not meant to be pink.

My first visit to the Devon in a long while. Now wondering why I hadn’t been back for so long. Great place, clean as a whistle with an inviting atmosphere. Just felt nice when walking in. Staff were very friendly and the food and drinks were top notch. See you all again soon

A busy pub on the outskirts of Crossgates, approximately 15 minutes from the railway station. A good selection of beers, wines and spirits. There's a smallish carpark to both sides and the rear, plenty of outdoor seating, that's both covered and uncovered. There are electric car chargers within the car park. There is a fixed food menu available and children are welcome.

We had a table for two for lunch on a Wednesday. It wasn't too busy or quiet. We ordered food on the app at our table and the food came quickly and was lovely. We did have to chase for drinks as apparently their system at the bar wasn't working, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Reasonably priced.

Tasty food for an easy lunch. Plenty of people enjoying lunch time specials. Clean and helpful service. No toilets had locks on the doors in the ladies loos. And friend told me none in the men's either. Very strange.

First time visit on Thursday 15th December and we where very pleased. All the staff very good and efficient especially the guy serving the food. We tried the pub classic gammon which was excellent quality and value for money. Hope to see you soon

Under new management and had a refit. Very nice clean decor. Friendly staff. Meals ordered, thought there was a bit of a wait, however the meals were cooked to order and fresh and hot when arrived. So was worth the wait. Good parking and accessible access to pub.

Ordered the 8oz Sirloin Steak. One of the best steaks I’ve had. It comes on a skillet so it’s hot, served also with chips, peas and a tomato. I ordered the Hunters top for it too which is a perfect addition. I was served by Ben who was very friendly, welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The new refurbishment and rebrand to Flaming Grill is a vast improvement and the menu is really mouthwatering. I can’t wait to be back soon for more.
