   Lovely staff the wonderful Margaret and Serena, both extremely patient as I took ages finding my bank card etc etc Posed for a photo Just be nice Too many complainers in this world I did a video too and photo happy to share, as are Margaret and Serena.    My 14 year old daughter tried to ordered a triple chocolate frappe to be very rudely told by young lady serving that they don't do frappes even though it was clearly on menu. Very bad customer service and attitude, and shame on you for speaking that way to your customers especially young people who are building their confidence in speaking to people.

   The fresh baked food is excellent and the staff are pleasant and friendly. My only main criticism is that the service is incredibly slow, it took nearly 15 mins standing in a queue before I got to the cash desk and I was only the 3rd in line.

   Staff need lessons in customer service.I stood on my own at the counter waiting to be served while both of the staff were stood together looking at pictures on their smartphones.When my wife told them that a customer was waiting she got a childish and petulant"alright I'm coming"!! I walked off in disgust and won't be going back.A shame you can't give a zero score because this place deserves it.

   Just called today at 2.30. Went and sat on soft back chairs my sister was called across the cafe because it was closed. The cafe doesn't close until 4. We have always sat on the back seats and never closed it that early. They could have lost a lot of custom today because of this. If you want to clean up and go early put a different closing time on.you could only sit on a few chairs near the till then they go mopping the floor with the smell of disinfectant while you are trying to drink your tea
