   Dear Team, I hope you are well. I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience at the Skechers showroom today at approximately 8:22. During our visit, one of the employees behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The staff member was speaking inappropriately about customers while we were present, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This behaviour does not reflect the service standards expected from a reputed brand like Skechers. I do not know the name of the employee; however, based on appearance and manner of speaking, the individual appeared to be of Indian origin. For identification purposes, I would also like to mention that the person had a heavy-set build. I kindly request that you investigate this matter, identify the concerned employee, and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.    I am an older gentleman, and I must admit that these days it’s not always easy for me to keep up with everything. I was helped by Bubu, and I was genuinely amazed by the level of customer service. He was incredibly patient, respectful, and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Bubu treated me with real care and professionalism, and it meant a great deal to me. It is rare to experience such sincere and thoughtful service nowadays. I left feeling grateful and very well looked after.

What really impressed me was the way she balanced professionalism with genuine friendliness. She explained product features in a way that was easy to understand, never rushed, and never felt scripted. She checked in at exactly the right moments, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Alex excelled on so many fronts - knowledgeable, approachable, proactive, and genuinely focused on making sure I walked out with exactly what I needed. This was customer service at its absolute best. Skechers Westfield is lucky to have her. If you’re shopping there, ask for Alex - you won’t be disappointed!

   Went to the store to buy new shoes and the store manager Ediz was so kind, attentive and helpful, it was a pleasure shopping at sketchers the slip ins are amazing and I would recommend the new ones they have. Perfect for if you are on your feet everyday. I come home and my feet aren’t sore and during the day they are so so comfortable. Shoes from sketchers are honestly the best shoes I ever gotten and so easy to put on. Thank you again Ediz for all your help!

   Fantastic team lead by Lawrence and supported by Hansa! Lawrence is technically very sound and if you go there, do leverage his expertise. Hamza is very cordial, has fair knowledge and help you shortlist the right ones for you. Got great deal during Boxing Day so was a happy trip here! As long as both Lawrence and Hamza are there, this will be my one stop shop for shoes!

   Great selection of shoes and better availability of sizes than the website. Served by Kingston who was very friendly and helpful, he wasn’t pushy at all and used his product knowledge to suggest the best options for Mum and encouraged her to walk around as much as possible to decide which was most comfortable.
