    I bought two uniforms and followed the measurements on their website, but both were too small on the upper body, especially the shoulders. I exchanged them for a bigger size, but they were still tight on top and too loose around the chest and hips. I emailed customer service asking if I could pay for alterations. They replied once, then stopped answering. The uniforms were expensive, and now I can’t wear them. Poor customer service and disappointing experience.

    This is disgusting service. I ordered a uniform 14 days ago now and sent 2 emails. I can not call as the phone is never answered. It says 5 working days to deliver! At the last email they said Friday and now it's Monday.

    The customer service and quality of uniforms has progressively gone down over the last few years but the prices are going up. Currently waiting for an order I placed three weeks ago, there was no mention of it being out of stock if that’s the problem, plus it’s not possible to speak to anyone anymore. I won’t be using them in the future.

    Ordered in September arrived in November! No updates on order unless I chased, no tel number to speak to anyone! Then had the audacity to say we ordered trousers rather than a skirt for college uniform AND we have to pay the return postage AND Β£5 to exchange the item for the item we actually ordered! Terrible company to work with which we have no choice as the College use this business. Similar stories on here back ours up too. Feeding back to the college too as pretty disgusted how we have been treated

    Dreadful. The uniforms took 2 months to arrive. They were too small despite using the measuring guides. No choice of length in trousers either - my daughter is a very average height and these are too long. They're also very low on the waist and she can't keep them up - no belt loops either! And now I'm being charged an additional Β£5 to swap sizes and I have to pay return postage. Useless. Shame I'm being forced to use them by the college.

    Have returned a tunic which was cheaply made and poorly fitting. A week later, I am still waiting acknowledgement of my return and a refund. This company has not returned any of my emails and does not accept telephone calls. Incredibly poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.

    Shocking customer service! I ordered uniforms for new staff on 29th April. All items were showing as in stock when ordered. I have three new staff who have now started working and have no uniform. I've sent numerous emails to chase up and the service has been terrible. Currently no phone lines available: Not sure how you can run a business without a phone line. Covid is no excuse for this level of incompetence. We are now out of lockdown and salons (your customers) are open. I sent an email asking for someone to call me to discuss all the items and when they would arrive and was told no one has access to phone lines. How can this be a way to run a business, someone could have called me. I've had little deliveries with a pair of trousers here and a belt there but not one of my new staff has a full uniform so I have staff working in uniforms from other salons in different colours which looks totally unprofessional. How can it take more than a month to receive an order? Every time I ask for an update I just get told they are out of stock and will arrive in 2-3 weeks. I've been using Florence Roby for more than 10 years and this is unacceptable. How much longer will I wait and how long until you have a staff member who can make a phone call? Very bizarre!

    Absolutely awful. The quality of the uniform is very bad for the price. The hairdressing uniform is Β£40, I was expecting high quality as it was quite expensive, when it was delivered, I felt the uniform and the material felt like it was worth about Β£15. Definitely not Β£40. Also the delivery charge was Β£6.50, which is very expensive, as the parcel really was not heavy at all. The trousers were miles to long and the top was way to big. Definitely not true to size. They only offer a 32 inch leg length across all sizes. I know this is my mistake, I shouldn’t have assumed, when you click on the uniform it said β€œL28”;as this is a standard leg length in most shops, I assumed that meant leg length. So when they arrived and I noticed they were very long so I measured them and they were 32 inches. So I emailed the company out of confusion, and was very rudely told that the β€œL28” was actually a code. Their returns policy is very over the top.First you have to pay to get it sent back (on top of the Β£6.50) even though it is their fault that the uniform is not true to size. The uniform must be in its original packaging with its tags still attached or the refund is refused. The uniform that I got did not have tags in it. So I have to pay to send it back, and then re order the uniform ( as I need that specific uniform for my hairdressing course) then spending a further Β£6.50 delivery. So I’m spending about Β£20 in delivery. And then have to pay to get them altered. I emailed the company again to complain, And never got a reply. So the quality is very bad and very expensive, a confusing code and very bad customer service. All in all, a very bad company and really disappointed.

    This is the message I sent them. SHOCKING!!!! DONT BUY!!! Hi I ordered the same dress back in June. I also messaged you back then because the delivery took some time. I was also told the same. The item was out of stock. I’m very disappointed that’s twice Ive ordered and I wasn’t informed that there was going to be a delay in delivery. Or was shown on order they will be a delay I had to follow this up every time with an email. I very surprised you have a repeat business. Plus was not informed when ordering that the delivery takes up to 4 weeks. Not happy.
